Like grill but healthier & faster & less messy!

I've made almost everything on this .. from French fries to even whole chicken .. the fries are nice & crispy & the chicken is juicy and tasty & best of all not greasy. The digital controls are easy to master and no need to ever refer to manuals. The handle to remove the inside is a nice touch and makes it easy to remove the dish .. the only reason for the 4 star & not five is longevity as I have had this for only a few weeks .. so far .. it's great!

Broke after a couple weeks.

Then it lost all power after about 5 uses. And so far, I'm having a difficult time contantacing the manufacturer for a replacement.

Worked for two months

No contact information for the manufacturer listed in the instruction manual and was unable to find contact information on the internet. I will never buy an Emerald product again.
