Very disappointed with this air fryer, the coating on the tray peeled off after frying the ribs at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. I bought this product 3 weeks ago, would appreciate if this product can still be returned.

I was excited about getting a digital air fryer. The unit works well and heats up quickly. So far, I have done fried okra, it comes out nice and crispy each time. And, I have also done the French toast sticks. Unfortunately, I burned them a bit because I left them in too long. It is easy to set the temperature and time, just press the pads. I do not like the inner food basket handle because you have to lift it up with another utensil, then reconnect it to the food basket to lift the food basket out. I also had an issue with lining the outer basket back up and pushing it back into the unit. I am going to keep the unit because I like the digital features but I did consider returning it because of the food basket design. That is a flaw to me.

Bought this air fryer after reading the reviews.. and must say i am so happy with this purchase... it works as it claims... everything we have tried so far coes out super crispy and hot just not to very less oil... and its all evenly cooked ... only thing - should have bought a bigger capacity so i could save some time..

We loved our new air fryer, we used it very often. The interface is very easy to navigate and the outcome of food is great. The biggest downfall for this particular air fryer is that the coating of the basket has started coming off more and more after each use and for this reason we have opted out of using the air fryer due to the health concern of possibly consuming the basket coating. An upgraded basket with a more durable surface would be very beneficial for long term use.

We purchased Emerald - 4.2qt Air Fryer - Black from best buy and 5 days back, it stop working. There is no light, no display in the fryer, it just simply not getting ON. All of sudden stop working. This is very bad that product stop working in 2-3 month of purchase. Please replace our air fryer asap. Below are the details.

I thought it was weird that this item was available online and not in stores. I should have waited for a better air fryer to be on sale. This one came new, sealed but was missing a handle to the basket inside the fryer. No way for me to get the basket out when it is hot after cooking. I tried making some mozzo sticks and they turned out nice. But I'll be taking this unit back because it's missing a crucial part.

Loved it! works great! have to testing different dishes and been happy so far. Saves time and keep it healthy. Not sure if the heat it produces is any harmful similar to microwave or not. But, recommend buying it to reduce oil content in food.
