Very disappointed with this air fryer, the coating on the tray peeled off after frying the ribs at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. I bought this product 3 weeks ago, would appreciate if this product can still be returned.

I purchased this product when it was on sale..and i have enjoyed using it...it makes cooking eaay and clean up even better...i am very pleased

I was excited about getting a digital air fryer. The unit works well and heats up quickly. So far, I have done fried okra, it comes out nice and crispy each time. And, I have also done the French toast sticks. Unfortunately, I burned them a bit because I left them in too long. It is easy to set the temperature and time, just press the pads. I do not like the inner food basket handle because you have to lift it up with another utensil, then reconnect it to the food basket to lift the food basket out. I also had an issue with lining the outer basket back up and pushing it back into the unit. I am going to keep the unit because I like the digital features but I did consider returning it because of the food basket design. That is a flaw to me.

Loved it! works great! have to testing different dishes and been happy so far. Saves time and keep it healthy. Not sure if the heat it produces is any harmful similar to microwave or not. But, recommend buying it to reduce oil content in food.

We thought that this air fryer worked well, but the basket was not well designed. The basket of course gets hot and it was in two separate parts. Our current air fryer has a basket that is integrated into the handle and releases for cleaning.

Bought this air fryer after reading the reviews.. and must say i am so happy with this purchase... it works as it claims... everything we have tried so far coes out super crispy and hot just not to very less oil... and its all evenly cooked ... only thing - should have bought a bigger capacity so i could save some time..

We loved our new air fryer, we used it very often. The interface is very easy to navigate and the outcome of food is great. The biggest downfall for this particular air fryer is that the coating of the basket has started coming off more and more after each use and for this reason we have opted out of using the air fryer due to the health concern of possibly consuming the basket coating. An upgraded basket with a more durable surface would be very beneficial for long term use.

We thought this air fryer worked well from the first use until present (about two months so far). This is our first experience using this type of product and found we enjoy air frying. I read some reviews of this kind of system before we bought one. One positive comment mentioned there could be a learning curve to achieving your best results using air frying, and I found that to be a helpful comment. For new users like myself, I think that if you are not very impressed after seeing your first results, giving it a few more tries may improve your satisfaction. We use this Emerald air fryer regularly, once or twice weekly, and we are happy with its performance.

Love the quality of it my 3rd air fryer can't wait to use it..love how it has a handle to pull the inside basket out.the other 2, I had Didn't have a handle..so I'm sure I'm going to love this one. Just hate that its taking me to buy several before finally finding the one I like..love also the size

I thought it was weird that this item was available online and not in stores. I should have waited for a better air fryer to be on sale. This one came new, sealed but was missing a handle to the basket inside the fryer. No way for me to get the basket out when it is hot after cooking. I tried making some mozzo sticks and they turned out nice. But I'll be taking this unit back because it's missing a crucial part.

Brought just to do quick food (fries, tater tots) boy was I mistaken, lol! From steak to fish this item is a must for everyone. No more fried food and yes to healthy eating. P.S. my husband said please don't air fry him to death! Lol

Got this for my son as he needed a larger one for his big family and he’s very happy with it! Loves the digital timer and extra large basket! Air fry’s his food perfectly!

It has been with me for nearly a year. working well, plenty space and easy to use. I’m very grateful to this Air fryer, It’s generous and classy!! I loved it.

I bought it on sale for around 30$. working well. highly recommended

was a little skeptical about the purchase and waited two weeks to try it out. Did some wings and they were great and tasted like they had been fried. Took 30 minutes. Did some frozen fries as well and they were crispy after 15 minutes. Only being 4.2 quarts, it may not be enough to feed a family of 4 but it is more than enough for two people. Fried some eggs as well and tasted just like they had been cooked in oil. Great buy and extremely easy to use.

Good solid air fryer. We bought a much more expensive model with toaster features but often use this one instead due to speed and crispyness of food prepared.

Bought for my brother, he uses it ALOT! Easy to use and clean! Not to large, so can keep on your counter for easy access.
