Good product but peels
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was super happy to catch a great deal but realized the teflon coating might be an issue after reading reviews with this particular company on the other products but still wanted to try it. My air fryer was peeling and had rust within the 15 days of best buy warranty. I was happy to be able to exchange it but the replacement was extremely defective. Sadly the handle for the inner basket doesn't work for it at all and the fry basket itself doesn't close. I'd suggest that anyone looking to start with an air fryer go with a different company and possibly stainless steel. This product is OK for the sale price but full price the quality lacks especially if you end up with a defective product. I will just get a refund or go with a completely different product. I really did like the fact that it's digital and had presets for certain things.

its good for entry level fryers

Broke After One Month

We both began using ours immediately and LOVED them. They worked well and we were very impressed. Then four weeks after using it, hers broke... five weeks after beginning to use mine, MINE BROKE. I have no idea what is wrong and will be contacting Best Buy to see if they have some kind of warranty. Like I said, this started off very promising and with a great little air fryer but TWO machines breaking within a week of one another??? Something seems odd.
