    We purchased Emerald - 4.2qt Air Fryer - Black from best buy and 5 days back, it stop working. There is no light, no display in the fryer, it just simply not getting ON. All of sudden stop working. This is very bad that product stop working in 2-3 month of purchase. Please replace our air fryer asap. Below are the details. Attaching the receipt of purchase.     I just gave it to my daughter for a gift and it had a crack in it. I was nervous buying on line with out a receipt.

    This was my first adventure into air frying. I was enjoying cooking a few new things, and a few old recipes cooked in a new way. The main problem was the capacity...it was marginal for two people. Then after about 7 months (of once a week use) it just stopped working so I bought a larger unit from a more reliable manufacturer.

    This is a poorly made product. It just shut off mid use and didnt power back on after less than 2 weeks of having it. Not sold in stores so you cant return it to your local best buy and there is no customer service available for this company. Dont waste your money.
