The fairly new robot vacuums that are selling like wild, require an extended warranty always. I have had 4 Samsung Power Robot Vacuums. 2 were bought refurbished. They both failed within a year. One didn't make it out of the box, the charger didn't work and they had to refund the entire product vice send out just a charger. The two that were bought new were great! One sucked up water, from an over zealous plant watering and destroyed the motor - replaced with a new one. Keep that in mind when buying these, they do not do well with any moisture. I am now on the fourth brand new one and it is perfect..and warrantied!

Geek squad has taken care of our products for years. Home stereo systems to robot vacuums. They’ve always done their best for a quick solution and have replaced products. If they offer it for your product, get it. Worth every penny.

It is a good plan to help one feel worry free. I just hope it would not overlap with the first year manufacturer's warranty so that there will be 5 years covered in total. Here is what I read online: "You should also check whether the coverage of the service contract overlaps with the problems and time periods the manufacturer’s warranty covers to avoid paying for unneeded coverage. You may find that any additional coverage is not worth the additional cost." I understand the coverage is different, but what I really need is a longer period of time of manufacturer’s warranty with less cost (Accident coverage is not so important for me. I always use my furniture and electronic devices very gently and carefully).

You can’t say enough Good things about the Geek Squad. They are a excellent group of quality people that know there products, and can answer your questions , in a language you can understand . They probably get tired of seeing my husband and I with our questions, about our computer’s. I buy all our appliances, TV’s , computers at Best Buy, they have a Great Sales staff, that do all they can to answer your questions.

Definitely worth it if you are buying something expensive or battery operated. I bought this warranty for our battery power vacuum. Vacuum started to go bad after 3 years and best buy gave the amount I paid for the vacuum 3 years ago without any questions.

I don’t normally buy these protection plans but I did on my Roomba vacuum cleaner. When the Roomba stopped working well, Best Buy quickLy figured out whether they could fix the Roomba. They didn’t require me to mail it back and wait for an answer from the manufacturer. They determined it should be replaced and gave me a Best Buy gift card immediately. This was a great service and I bought the protection plan on my new vacuum cleaner.

I purchased a roomba and it didn't work with in a month. I got it replaced from best buy. When I got it replaced I got this plan. This is a good plan as it offers 2 year protection and the guy informed me that they will replace the roomba if it doesn't work any time with in that period. I have not tried yet. But it is a good option to have.

I have used geek squad plans for most of my purchases from best buy. It has even saved me from costly repairs on my appliances and has helped me when my electronics failed. I have promptly received replacements and have also upgraded stuff as well. I will definitely recommend this service.

We’ve always put the geek squad on our roombas and they have proved to be a smart decision each time. I love the roombas but they end up needed service and this has saved us

The machine is so much fun I bought two of them a call one cat and the other one dog I like them they work and I don’t have to just remove the courts from the floor and make sure they have enough height to get on the things you’re doing great.

Geek Squad is awesome! I have dealt with them previously with an issue with a vacuum and iPhone X. There service was easy, and they resolved all issues pretty much the same day. I add the service to literally everything I purchase from Best Buy !

Having the Geek Squad Protection Plan has been a blessing! Saved me time, frustration, data and sanity.

Having small kids in the house and purchasing such an expensive machine worried me a little until the sales representative suggested this protection plan. I am very glad we have this because it takes the worry away that my robot would break and we would be at a loss. Thanks to the sales representative!

I had to return a product as it’s broken and I am over the warranty period thankfully I bought a geek squad protection plan, I took the product to the store the service person is great he replaced the product as they were unable to repair it
