I purchased this with my soundbar system as a backup because I bought the system at almost half off because it was open box and I didn't want to have to pay full price if something went wrong. A couple years after owning it the wireless surround speaker and subwoofer failed to connect. I brought it in, it was sent to a repair facility in Chicago. Within 3 days of turning it in I received an email that it was not repairable and to go to the store for a new one. The regular sale price had increased since I first bought it but I was still given a brand new replacement at no charge. It was worth every penny!

I love my soundbar and Bluetooth subwoofer. The settings are easy to interpret and I love how much you can customize the sound to specific situations! I added the 4 year standard geek squad protection for added security and piece of mind.

not a bad place to start, sub definitely sounds good. just wish both my tv and sound bar had eARC support, but only one of them have it. but still pretty happy with it. a lot easier to set up and pair then my previous one.

4 years of protection for a 55 in tv. I can’t get into specifics because I hope it doesn’t happen and have not read the fine print, but any protection against accidental damage beats any warranty, and for 4 years? A steal. Modern electronics are light but still susceptible to damage, nd in a house with kids and guests, well... I just might be reading the details once in 4 years. You just get the royal treatment when you comeback to the store and they know you have purchased this.

Definitely more useful for peripheral items and add ons rather than the main product. Bug ticket items are usually pretty solid whereas stuff like soundbars seem to always have some kind of trouble one way or another so i would highly recommend getting this for at least that kind of stuff

I purchased the GEEK SQUAD protection plan to add piece of mind just in case my Bose sound bar goes down. Having the protection plan literally costs pennies per day and they'll replace it if it can't be fixed. That's what I call piece of mind.

I’ve been a Denon enthusiast for decades. I purchased the Geek Squad Protection Plan because I purchased my home theater receiver as an open box item. And, as far as electronics go, you just never know. This is just something you learn only after the fact but I used it for an older TV and was able to extend the life for a few more years. No additional money out of pocket.

Got this soundbar for a small bedroom which is all that’s needed, or so I thought. But personally i needed more and purchased a sub . This made the soundstage complete, seems to improve the bass from the sound bar itself better. But I believe the sub improves the total soundstage. Im quite happy with my purchases. Bose comes through again !!!!
