I love my soundbar and Bluetooth subwoofer. The settings are easy to interpret and I love how much you can customize the sound to specific situations! I added the 4 year standard geek squad protection for added security and piece of mind.

I really like the GSP. I liked how it worked before in terms of exchanges because it was a bit faster. But all in all I can confidently say that buying the GSP is well worth it. I say it as a customer and Former employee. I brought in a home theater system that I bought like a year ago and they took it in and told me that it would take about a week for inspection. After that I went back to the store after getting an email confirmation about the product and I got a full refund and with that I bought a very decent home theater system.

I purchased the GEEK SQUAD protection plan to add piece of mind just in case my Bose sound bar goes down. Having the protection plan literally costs pennies per day and they'll replace it if it can't be fixed. That's what I call piece of mind.

I purchased this with my soundbar system as a backup because I bought the system at almost half off because it was open box and I didn't want to have to pay full price if something went wrong. A couple years after owning it the wireless surround speaker and subwoofer failed to connect. I brought it in, it was sent to a repair facility in Chicago. Within 3 days of turning it in I received an email that it was not repairable and to go to the store for a new one. The regular sale price had increased since I first bought it but I was still given a brand new replacement at no charge. It was worth every penny!
