As I said in previous reviews, I am lucky enough to have not needed to use this coverage yet, but I am happy to have it there should I need to utilize it in the future. Geek squad is very knowledgeable and competent in knowing how to fix the problem. Should you need to use them for any issues that arise, I highly recommend getting the extra coverage whether you're purchasing a product for yourself or under your Best Buy business account. I haven’t had to use the protection thankfully, but I love the peace of mind of knowing Geek Squad has me covered.

They did an excellent job. On time, kind, courteous and very professional. They answered all of our questions and even programmed our TV, explained the remote etc. Well worth the money.

Geek Squad never needed. But the integrated is A+ The phono amp in the unit sounds better than the amp I bought for an old receiver that didn’t have a built-in, and that was a $300 pro-Ject that sounded great before I got the Denon. Bluetooth sounds better than expected as well. Great for the price, and pretty great compared to my better equipment that’s 4 figures each (amp, preamp, turntable). $ for $ this is better, overall it’s no competition and shouldn’t be. Def recommend

There warranty is great they will try to fix it and if they can’t they will give you store credit of the value you spent.

Hopefully I’ll never use this but it is inexpensive insurance.

I received a full refund for my open box purchase Sony 7.2 4K channel receiver that had lost the ability to give out sound signals to my speakers. This was my favorite receiver that i purchase over a year ago or more as an open-box item. Geek Squad services has always and will always be a major security warranty blanket for all your important electronic items/equipment in the case you may need a repair, replace an item if not fixable or get a refund on all your major important electronic purchases. In some cases, you can exchange item for another of equal value or even a different higher brand with a store manager approval base on the item selling price.

The techs are very helpful and do their best to resolve any issues you face.

Geek Squad protection is a must have for all the products your purchase at Best Buy. Don’t leave the building without it. Protect your purchases is vital.
