You can’t put a price on peace of mind! Plus, I’ve had to use this a few times with other purchased items comes in handy!

I have purchased the Geek Squad Protection for a number of items over the years, but I had only needed it once. I had purchased a coffee maker for about $160 and it lasted me about 22 months before it stopped working. I forgot that I had purchased the Geek Squad Protection for it, but I found my contract information in my e-mail after a simple search. I brought the coffee maker to my local Best Buy store, explained my situation to the returns associate, showed my contract number, and I was given a refund for the purchase price of the coffee maker. Fortunately, a newer model of the coffee maker was available at $10 less than what I had previously paid and I also received a $15 gift card as part of a promotion for purchasing that particular coffee maker. And, yes, I did purchase the Geek Squad Protection again for my new coffee maker.

Awesome sound, easy setup through an app. I have owned this for a year now with no major issues. Using optical as a connection . Worth every dollar you soend on it if your looking for that upgrade in sound.

Geek Squad always delivers I’ve never experienced an issue!!!

The 4 year protection plan is something we all hope to never have to use. For me, I had to and was so happy I purchased it. My product was replaced for me so easily and I never even had to leave my car. I simply took care of everything over the internet and pulled up to provided parking spot and voila, I was back in the game! Great product and I high recommend!

Great sound, easy set up. Have had no issues during last year and half.

I purchased this product for incase I would have problems with the product I purchased.

Always recommend the geeksquad warranties. Makes my life easier in case i have any issues.

So far sound good they replaced my surround sound system because somehow it got damaged in transit from the warehouse where they do the repairs i say it's good to have for peace of mind. For after the factory warranty expires.

Add that extra piece of mind to know product is back up by the best.

The Best Buy membership is the only way I shop. Member discounts Prices, Unlimited Geek Squad which definitely adds to my mental security not to mention the tree 24 month protection plans with all purchases!! In this case I actuall bought the 48 month protection plan because of the money I saved due to having a Membership!

The agents are courteous, respectful our home abd property and experienced. We’ve had them in our home a couple different times for different installs and are always friendly and knowledgeable. If they don’t know, they find the answer.

I'm always cautious about warranty plans, but the Geek Squad is so much more. I can give them a quick call and they'll help me out. If I have a rare problem they will diagnose it. I usually trust the brands I buy, but having the Squad is an added layer of protection. With my washer machine the Geek Squad will come to the house and the fee is cheaper than a house call from an appliance repair company with no guaranty they will fixit. The Geek squad gets the job done.

Geek Squad has always done right by me. I've never had a problem.
