I always get the the protection plan just to be safe, Had problems a Samsung tv in purchase late 2019 and I think I just got bad one. Samsung was terrible and didn't get any help. Ever since best buy I have basically had the whole tv rebuilt and they have still are checking up on it by there plan policies.

This is an excellent protection service offered by BestBuy & highly recommend getting it for the products you buy from them when applicable. It definitely helps provide a "Piece of Mind" to you for the goods you get knowing that if something goes wrong, it will help you out greatly.

Superior service is what we get from Geek Squad! The representative who delivered and hooked up our new 65” tv was knowledgeable, patient, courteous and friendly! He set up the sound bar and configured the remotes. Definitely worth the cost for the future coverage,too.

I always get the extra coverage, it pays for itself. Anytime you need to call in bring something in you stayed all kinds of extra fees and get all the help you need no matter what. No matter what I buy I always get Geek Squad, then if I can extend Geek Squad service I will do it in a minute. Definitely the way to go.

All Seeing protection plans at every major retailer outlet in the United States. Best Buy isn't perfect and the people at the return counter could be a little nicer but I was only once and I get it, however when it comes to protection plans they are second to none they make it happen and I don't leave the story empty handed or more angry than when I walked in the store. That's worth its weight in gold to me any day of the week.

if your'e going to make a purchase in the range of 200 - 3000 I would highly recommend getting full geek squad protection. The one benefit you gets if something happens to your item you don't have to worry about mailing it in to the manufacturer yourself but you can just take it to best buy and let them deal with it

Can’t go wrote adding the Geek Squad Protection Plan on your Best Buy purchases. Aside from that piece of mind it provides, their customer service is top notch. Very knowledgeable and always willing to make sure you’re satisfied with the job they’ve done if not they’ll happily replace your product if it cannot be repaired

I’ve bought warranties from other companies that don’t do anything and if you are lucky enough to get them to do something you have to jump through a million hoops and it’s not worth it, BUT NOT with the geek squad. I’ve had entire appliances replaced, parts replaced and never any unwanted questions ever asked just awesome customer service and repairs hadled in a timely and professional manner!!
