I walked in with intentions on buying and I could not find him at all. I searched for about 10 minutes because I also gave up then I looked once more and I found it. Have not stopped playing it, JCOLE is my favorite artist of all time.

I love this album it's a straight classic. Warning it might be a little too deep or over your head or "dull" unless you're a real Cole fan. Some people can't appreciate the creativity behind this album.

Dope album! J. Cole is one of my favorites. Great packaging and sounds good in my car. I'm glad that the Best Buy location I went to had a copy in-store.

Cole World: Reflection of Past and Present

At first I was disappointed to learn that this project only had 10 tracks, but after listening to the last track on the album which is 8 minutes of pure gold, it's more like 11 tracks. 4 Your Eyez Only is a true representation J. Cole, both how he started in the hip hop game and where he is personally in his life today. The same can be said of the state of the world around us and how it has changed (or not), the condition of which he effortlessly paints with his words. He storytelling ability is so good that sometimes in his rhymes you wonder if he telling his story or the story of others he grew up with or has encountered (likely it is probably both at times). This album is truly a project, one solid cohesive work of art, which is rare to find these days but always expected from Cole's efforts. Most of his songs will never hit radio rotation like other artists, but that's more an indictment on the radio system and people's sensibilities than of Cole's ability to produce quality work (both his lyrics and his crafted production). Very rarely do I buy an album and after the last track plays, find myself saying "thank you" to the artist. This is one of those albums!

A Much Needed Perspective for Hip-Hop

I became really excited when news dropped that J. Cole was gonna drop a new album before 2016 was over; I honestly feel like his announcement and "False Prophets" scared other artists from dropping. A new J. Cole album was needed for Hip-Hop because, honestly, it's taking a nasty turn. Although "False Prophets" and "everybody dies" aren't on this album, the album does stand strong on its own. I'd def place this in a Top 5 list of Hip-Hop albums for 2016.

This is another solid cd to add to the j cole discography. It continues down the path he started down on FHD. Laid back, jazzy type beats, with him spitting very good rhymes over them. I would love to hear a lot of the album performed live, cause i think the beats would sound even better with a live band. Only negative i really have about the album is he didnt include the 2 tracks he released prior to the album 'false prophets' and 'everyone dies 1 day'. They shouldve at least been bonus tracks.

The LG CM 4550 was a replacement for a 60-CD changer audio system damaged in a move. I tried the system out in store and for the limited volume I set the system to it had great sound. Now, where the system truly shines is the 7 inch subwoofer and bluetooth connectivity! Easy setup, responsive remote and great bass and sound even at low volumes...I am impressed thus far.

J Cole's conscious, witty flow keeps you engaged and your synapses firing. He talks about issues that many mainstream rappers ignore. They speak on money, women, cars and drugs.....none of which they really have. Cole keeps it 100 by speaking on everyday things every persons deals with. No gimmicks, no mumble rap, no BS. Just authentic, heartfelt and poignant flows.

The best album to date, I also feel like this is his most personal album. With him being vulnerable enough to share with is the death of his friend and the birth and his daughter. Although he's a very private person, He gave us a little into his life as to share how overjoyed he is about his baby girl and how hurt he felt about his friend's death. Very great album

This guy right here. First listen I was busy and wasn't really paying attention and wasn't really feeling it. He was talking about shooting and stuff and like wait what? This guy said he never did anything like that. Then I listened again and was like hmmmm....Cant say anymore then that. Dont want to ruin it. May be my favorite project by him.

J Cole does it again on his latest effort. His thoughts parlay perfectly with the smooth hooks. Still perfecting his craft, he has not let the success cause him to channel politically correct ideas and subjects. He keeps it for the hip-hop heads. Buy this album and enjoy!

A breath of fresh air, considering the trash that's currently popular on the radio, Youtube, etc. J. Cole is a true artist who stays true to his craft. Lyricism/storytelling was on point, though the production could have been a little better. Overall, if you are a J. Cole fan who understands his craft, this album won't disappoint you.
