It does not cook the popcorn all the way through. The pop corn tastes raw in the middle and chewy. I got stomach ache eating it. I tried to make it in a pan on the stove top and they came out good. Please be cautious before buying this. It is a marketplace seller item and not sold by Bestbuy directly which means its a hassle to get the refund back and the seller is unresponsive to emails about product issue and refund. Took me two weeks and a lot of follow up with Best buy to get the refund back.

This popcorn maker is poorly designed. The on off switch does not turn off which is a fire hazard. Also the machine is too small and so the a lot of the kernels flew out into the bowl unpopped which is so frustrating. Don’t buy this. Also I used my 10$ reward and once returned I lost that reward. Frustrated at this purchase.

This product is okay, it works now. The first one worked twice and stopped working so the company sent us a new one. It has been working now so far and I’m hoping it keeps working for me! Thank you for reaching out and returning my message and sending a repalacment so quickly I like my popcorn! Yum!
