Having the option to add 5 years service on a new refrigerator is a great opportunity. I’m happy with this service

Absolutely love this fridge! It’s big enough inside to fit so much! But doesn’t seem so bulky on the outside. Easy to clean and keep fingerprints off. It’s always so shiny and like a mirror! AND I’ve had it for two years! Also love how the water dispenses from the inside so that kids are not messing with it and it stays clean.

I purchased a Frigidaire French Door Refrigerator in June 2024, along with a five-year Geek Squad Protection Plan. In November 2024, the ice maker failed. Despite following all troubleshooting steps, I received no support from Geek Squad. Instead, I was directed to Frigidaire’s warranty service and told to visit a store to obtain proof of purchase. This contradicts the value of the extended protection plan I was sold. I expected a direct, hassle-free resolution from the company I bought both the appliance and protection from. Instead, I’ve been pushed around and misled. My coverage now seems to be shorter than the promised five years, leaving me feeling cheated. This experience reflects poor customer service and questionable product protection policies. This whole thing stinks of the lasting stench of poor customer service. And at best, of misleading labeling of service products. In the words on Steven Crowder, please "Change my mind", as this feels like a mandate to switch my electronic purchasing over to Microcenter.

Purchased a refrigerator at an excellent price. So I decided to buy a five year warranty through Geek Squad and have a Peace of mind knowing that they have my back

It is great lots of space looking sleek. Gives your kitchen a clean look.

We bought this refrigerator the first time and it went out. It was covered by American homeshield at the time but we went back to Best Buy and purchased the same refrigerator. Thank you, Best Buy.

Extend warranty. Hope not to have to use it, but not that expensive to purchase.

This was for a fridge and its a mist have when being a parent lol , accident’s do and will happen, great to know its protected

Excellent is the minimum to describe. Worths every dime you spent on its purchase. Elegant style, shiny stainless steel finish, easy to clean. Enough space for your groceries, beer & soda. Ability to redesign its storage to fit big items as watermelons. Happy for this purchase and I highly recommend it.

I haven’t needed to use this and hope I don’t. But the price was good for the 5 years.

I really love my Dacor Refrigerator. Yamil who delivered the ref was very helpful & knowledgeable. He is also very patient to explain everything with regards to my questions.

I believe in warranties especially with the new appliances they have out now I believe they will need it. If anything is going to go wrong with the refrigerator is probably will be in the next couple of years so I will be glad I have it

The optional extended warranty is a great buy. Immediately it saved me $100.00 already from the sale price I was getting plus I was getting the added coverage. I love it.

The installation went very well and was easy, the installer was very knowledgeable and helpful thank you.

Geek squad is a great service I recommend getting the service

Grateful for the 3 year warranty. Don't think I'll need it, but it brings peace of mind. The Geek Squad is awesome!

We always protect our investment by purchasing an extended warranty and add a Peace of mind knowing that my money is secured by their warranty

Did great for the first 60 days but now having issues with the water dispenser and ice maker machine. Then the LG repair guy and Best Buy geek people don’t help till it’s their time. Be prepared to wait for a repair
