    What's the point of paying for home theatre installation services if they can only offer you some inconvenient 4 hour window sometime weeks and weeks from now? Seems like they shouldn't charge your credit card for services they seem unable to fulfill in a timely manner. And they should be transparent about things without wasting hours of your time and hundreds of your dollars.

    I was on the phone with Best Buy to have this service done for 3 straight days. They kept messing up the order, then kept rescheduling and 5 mins before they are supposed to stop out, they cancel and want me to reschedule for 2 weeks down the road! What an awful service company. Plus they want $235 (after tax) for something others can do at a lot cheaper price. Will NEVER be calling Best Buy for any home installs again in my life!

    I could write a saga about how many times I've contacted BestBuy local, BestBuy 1-888, BestBuy Business and all the things that went wrong with the order, with their phone system cutting me off and in miscommunications with CS and lack of visibility between their own departments. But I don't have an hour to write it all down. Short version: It's been 2 weeks since the order and we still don't have an appointment to get the TV mounted.

    Extremely disappointing experience. After 3 visits to my home and over $4,000 later (plus over $1,2000 for electrical work) I still don't have what was promised. Complete failure in customer service experience. Total run around when I asked for contact information for a manager to get assistance.

    I HATE GEEK SQUAD PHONE SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY WHY WHY? On phone waiting for 2/12 hours... I am still on hold. WAITING ... BEST BUY ... I want my 3 hours back.
