Adventurous, action not a remake. Good acting plus it was a New Concept for a movie.

The title for me implied it would have dinosaurs which it did but I expected a lot more or at least a little more interaction with different dinosaurs. But overall I enjoyed the movie somewhat.

I knew this was going to be good, but I did not think that was going to be anywhere as good as what it was. Good old-fashioned drama, where this thick brush and jungle mean you are going to hear more than you will see. But those sounds have TEETH. A pilot who lives with the pain of losing his daughter in the past, and a child, the only other survivor, who lost her parents during the unscheduled disassembly of their spacecraft upon crashing on an unknown planet (Earth, 65 million years ago) after unexpectedly striking stone fragments in space, they struggle to survive, find trust in each other, overcome language barriers, and race against the clock to find a functional escape pod in the distantly scattered ship debris as a giant asteroid looms ever closer in the sky overhead (the source of the space rocks) that is certain to bring an end to everything in too few days.

"65" is a great little story cleverly mixing both science fiction and fact, about a visitor from another solar system who on a 2-year expedition, crash lands his ship on Earth of 65 million years ago...just before a massive meteor literally changed the face of the planet. Adam Driver plays Mills, a spaceship pilot and desperate father piloting this mission to raise enough money to save his terminally ill daughter. After the crash and death off all the crew members, Mills learns that a little girl has also survived and the ship's escape shuttle is still intact and active, but 10 kilometers away and on top of a mountain. The two survivors must rely on each other to survive the treacherous journey in the Cretaceous period of Earth, that is soon about to end with the catastrophic meteor only hours away. A very entertaining and well produced sci-fi film.

Adam driver at his best. In the future a group of Scientists crash land on a primitive planet “think dinosaurs” and all perish except the pilot that misses his daughter and a young girl stowaway who speaks a different language than he does. Part of the spacecraft breaks away and the two must find it to find survivors and supplies or perish…the clock is ticking!

I am a science fiction fan in movies. I thought this movie was a great one. I thought the two actors did a great job and also the director. I thought that the storyline was good also. The movie did not have much of the same familiar ground as other movies. I would recommend this movie to any science fiction fan who enjoys a new twist.

If you like movies that keep you tense throughout most of it then this is the movie for you. You also may like it if you really like dinosaurs. Adam Driver is good in the movie, he does get banged up a lot. It is basically a survival movie.

"65" is an interesting take with regards to dinosaurs. Perhaps they took liberties with the look of some of these prehistoric denizens, but movie has great action and Adam Driver always elevates anything that he is in!

Great action movie! Adam Driver and Ariana Greenblatt seem like an unlikely pair to take on dinosaurs, but their interaction makes for good viewing as they try to make their way to the rescue pod. The special effects are great too, and if you liked the Jurrasic movies, I think you'll enjoy 65.
