Overall Good quality/price ratio. You will see the led light bleeding on the edges at night. You can decrease the effect by adjusting the brightness. Good sound though we are mainly using dedicated outdoor speakers via sonos. Note that you can't download some apps due to proprietary issues such as virtual remote. You can circumvent this by adding a firestick if needed. Some glare which you can remedy by increasing the brightness (I keep mine on night setting). Overall, very satisfied for our needs

This TV has been very easy to setup and use in our covered area. Sound is great through the TV. Other reviews mentioned not having all the apps but it has all the major programming apps (Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Disney).

Ive been very happyveuth this tv. It is my first outdoor tv and i feel ive made a good choice. Great picture and i love having the two remore controls. The remote controls work a good distance from the tv (in my case, from the hottub). The only negative is thst it doesnt come with many useful apps imo… but adding a Firestick to it is a great and easy solution.

We love our Neptune 65incher! From watching the Phillies playoff run to watching a late night movie, the tv was a pleasure to use. Picture and sound quality are great. I highly recommend it for your outdoor deck.

Picture is clear and the size is perfect for our space. Everything is sealed up behind the TV for outdoor elements. For example, there's a built in compartment to store our Apple TV box and you can't even see it. Didn't use the wall mount, we bought an arm mount because we wanted more mobility. The mount that's included only tilts up and down. Which is fine if that's what you're looking for. Comes with a lot of app options if you like to stream. We added Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, HBOmax, DirectTV, etc...so many

This TV came highly recommended and honestly, I was a bit skeptical since it wasn't the brand that I usually buy. My first test was on the wall of my south-facing deck in full sunlight, and the picture looked good, but not great - as expected. The next test was with the sun lower in the sky and partially blocked out. Now we're talking! Sound quality from the internal speakers is decent, but I may try using the audio out jack to my deck speakers. A full complement of inputs/outputs to choose from, and the wireless connection worked well for streaming content. Very happy with the purchase.

Great backyard TV. Functions perfectly. Sound is good but added a sound bar for a large yard. It also came with a mounting bracket. Bought 2. Enjoying them so far.

Great installation by Best Buy and an excellent outdoor TV. This 65" Outdoor Smart TV is the way to go if you want a picture that stands up to the sunshine. The TV speakers are excellent quality. Looking forward to enjoying this TV for many years to come.

This TV had clear instrutions and with the help of my BIL we had the iincluded wall mount and TV installed within 45 minutes. The picture quality is fantaastic and we look forward to enjoying it all year around.

Best buy has been patient and flexible since the beginning of the purchase. It was a great experience especially for a big purchase like this. The tv was delivered and was later installed by two amazing geek squad workers. They made sure everything was working and placed perfectly before they left. The tv was placed on our deck and i recommend 10/10. Great picture and sound. My kids love it.

Overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase of this tv. It’s operating software is WebOs witch my other LG tvs have so I’m familiar with it. The picture is bright enough on sports games, animated cartoons, and a regular tv shows. The picture is not as good on movies with dark scenes (something like Dark Knight or Game of Thrones). Not an issue for me as I bought this tv to watch sports games and entertain my kids. I’d rather watch darker scene movies indoors anyways. My tv is located under a covered patio. It’s a smart tv, has several apps and loading is fast on wifi. TV speakers are loud enough in my opinion. The only negative has nothing to do with the tv. The scheduling and delivery is through a 3rd party Pilot Freight services not Best Buy and I found them to be unprofessional. I still received the time on TV on time and undamaged.

I purchased the 65" Neptune Outdoor TV. I am very satisfied with this purchase. The picture quality is awesome. Prior to this purchase, I had never heard of Neptune in regards to TVs. Looking forward to many years of use. I'm sure I'll be making more purchases from Best Buy in the near future. The Geek Squad installation is outstanding. Great customer service and very pleasant gentlemen.

Easy installation with included wall mount. Very lightweight compared to similar models. Decent picture quality as well. I wish it included more preloaded apps without having to download (YouTube tv, as an example). Decent tv for a fair price. I hope it holds up in the tough New England winters.

I started researching outdoor TVs a couple months ago and after coming across this one I knew I had to have it. I had to wait a bit for them to become available and it was well worth the wait. I love the tv and what it looks like at noon and at 10pm and night. Would 100% recommend.

Excellent clarity, color and really easy to mount! We love this outdoor tv and the fact that it came with 2 remotes!!

Nice picture. Love the built-in speakers for audio so no need for external speakers. Easy to mount, pretty light even though its an outdoor TV. Connected a Chromecast to stream Fubo but the usb port did not supply enough power so I had to run an extension cord to power it.

It works great, and it is nice and bright. The volume goes very high.

We just had this installed. It has a great picture and sound. Loving it on this beautiful day!
