iPad Pro: excellent (5); Activation: 0
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While the iPad Pro is an excellent product, activating it with AT&T could not be done at BB..Tech person should have asked for another SSN (last 4 char). No word from BB that we needed to go to AT&T for SIM. Phone calls with AT&T. led to nothing. Finally went to AT&T store and they activated iPad in 10 minutes.Took advantage of sale price at BB and reward points, but activation at BB and dealing with AT&T on the phone led to nothing.after two hours.
