Q: Does the blue on/off switch light up/illuminate?
A: The on/off switch does not illuminate on this model. There are two other LEDs on the unit that should light up when the unit is properly functioning.
Q: is it good to use with 1light on
A: No, the surge protector should be showing both lights when in proper operation. If the Protected LED is NOT lit, it may mean that the surge protector function has reached full capacity, and the unit can no longer provide surge protection. Your Power Manager may need to be replaced. If the Grounded LED is NOT lit, it means that your Power Manager is plugged into a non-grounded outlet and that you should use another outlet for full surge protection.
