Excellent surge protector for home or office...don't let your electronics get fried!!

This is the proper choice for a college student's dorm room to power up their various devices

I purchased this for my home computer. It works great and am glad I chose this one.

It doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but it gets the job done.

I LOVE this surge protector. You can turn it off but if you want, you can click a button to leave two of the items running (ex: digital clock), while turning off power to everything else (TV, DVD, CD player, etc). Such a great item! I have recommended it to friends.

I needed a new surge protector for the TV area, but didn't need a big one. This one with 7 outlets is perfect for my needs. I especially find it useful with its' "green" outlet shutoff functionality. You plug one device into the master outlet, and any other devices plugged into the green child outlets will shutoff when the master device is shut off. I also bought a second one to use for the kids' computer.

Not that this is bad it just didn't work for my situation. If you are using it for computer equipment, it would be great. Because it has primary and secondary outlets. Say like you had a desktop and printer plugged into this that you wanted to protect, you could switch off the computer (primary piece of equipment) and it would automatically switch off the printer (secondary piece of equipment). Two pieces of equipment that work together. In my case I was plugging my sewing machine and a window air conditioner into it, which neither machines are considered primary or secondary. They would both be on or off separately. Hope this made sense.

Very lightweight, not heavy at all. Also has an energy saving function on it.
