It does what it's intended to do. I like the manage control feature of plugging, let's say the printer into and when I put my computer into the "sleep" mode it turns off my printer as well.

I want to comment on my Geek Squad service. I am so happy they are apart of Best Buy. They are professional and friendly. I recommend you get your devices insured so they will be in expert hands.

good power saving surge protector with master control feature. had the same product under the rocketfish brand and was very pleased so decided to get another. this model has the added function of turning off the master control which could be beneficial for some. just not thrilled about the bright white color. my rocketfish is black, and disapears nicely while this one sticks out like a sore thumb.

This surge protector fits easily behind the components it protects. So far, knock on wood, surge protection not yet tested.

Haven't had any issues with this surge protector. Has an easy on/off switch. I don't have anything special to say about this product as it is just a surge protector

It took awhile to get used to but totally worth it in the long run. It's great to charging many things at once or just a few at a time. I also love that it's eco friendly!

I really like these "smart" power strips that let you control the flow of electricity to your devices when they're off. This is the smallest one, and the seven outlets fill up fast, believe me. I would have liked the outlets to be farther apart -- with all the big plugs these days you can never utilize them all. Still, it's a good base model. Does as advertised.

since i bought a few of this my electric bill have gone down a lot. even if i forget to turn it off they device does it automatically when not in use.

I am using this product to protect my laptop, printer & external speakers. I found that the Master Control feature had some unintended consequences as it pertained to my wi-fi printer. While it turned off the printer as expected, when I turned the laptop back on, it did not recognize my printer. I had to restart printer & laptop manually to resolve issue.

This was one of the cheaper surge protectors and the Best Buy employee recommended it. It doesn't have a battery back up, but that's not what we were looking for.

I bought this spicifically for the low profile plug. It goes behind my wall mounted flat screen TV allowing me to plug in my Modem and center speaker.

It's a surge protector.. package delivered as expected. Haven't used it yet.. but I have faith.. It's just a surge protector ordered from best buy.

Liked the master /slave features on this surge protect. There are enough outlets to handle all the components connected to my tv.

This surge protector has the best load protection at the lowest price. Nice to have the master power/energy saver option as well.

I was originally looking at a monster power strip but this unit was cheaper and had the same features. It works great for what I need, not much.

Great product for the price. The only complaint is that most of the outlets are close together making it difficult to plug in multiple oversized plugs.
