One of the best movies of all time, in my opinion.

One of my faves and was very excited when 4k was released. Its already a dull movie. But Overall the HDR gave some clothing items a little pop

When I bought this I was happy to see it was on 4K it's way better than the Blu-ray

Looks good on 4K, sound was better as well. I always enjoyed this film

8 Mile is an inspirational fictional movie (but in fact a self-starring biopic) made for those who stay stubborn and hungry enough to stand-up for themselves, and never give up, no matter what their circumstances are, against all odds.The script is authentic, and depicts Eminem's impressive strength of character, a quality on which he has built his entire life and career to overcome his struggles. 8 Mile is a moving life lesson that transcends barriers of nationality, social class, race, color or religion. Eminem sends a powerful message that he can't be put into a box of failure dictated by others and to fit in one category or another, because he has clarity about his own goals and is committed to achieve them. 8 Mile was out 2 years after Eminem was signed by Dr Dre, and sets the tone for his whole career. If you have followed the development of his rap career lately, Eminem has received negative feedback from the mainstream industry critics, medias, and other rappers for his comebacks. Eminem who is currently 48, still is on the top of his game,whether the industry approves it or not. He hasn't stopped re-inventing himself. Trivia : The tune "Lose Yourself", 8 Mile anthem, was licensed to Democrat contenders Biden-Harris in Detroit, Michigan during the 2020 campaign for the elections of last November and is listed by former President Obama as one of his favorite rap.

Excellent movie! Battle rap is the best! Eminem did it outstanding!
