I bought one the GrandPads it is excellent, so easy to use but the monthly service charge of $40 a month is outrageous. I returned it immediately. When Consumer Cellular comes to it's senses I will reconsider.

Bought for my mom based on commercials and product description. It does not have Internet capabilities. ‘Assistance’ in retune very hard to get....still waiting and third day into process.

Could have been a good idea, but my mom found it very confusing to operate. I also found it quite confusing and difficult to setup and get working.
Also, $40 month???? Why not just have it work off WiFi without the monthly fee?
