Great hardware awfull monthy rate plan
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought one the GrandPads it is excellent, so easy to use but the monthly service charge of $40 a month is outrageous. I returned it immediately. When Consumer Cellular comes to it's senses I will reconsider.

Expensive Monthly Cost, and Very Confusing

I also found it quite confusing and difficult to setup and get working. Also, $40 month???? Why not just have it work off WiFi without the monthly fee?
