I preordered this game knowing that the graphics would look great and the audio outstanding! especially if you have a home theater system. In my experience Bandai Namco has never cut corners when it comes to quality entertainment... it's possible there may be some exceptions out there but as far as the games that I own this is not the case.

I thought they would have done so much better with the longer development but it is still good enough to enjoy. The story is a bit confusing until the middle and then i really began to enjoy blowing enemies up. Could have used the top gun story mission to go deeper but liked flying the 5th gen

Even though it took many years Ace Combat 7 doesn't disappoint. The graphics, sound, and environment effects are awesome. The campaigns are fun and challenging overall but it only includes 3 VR missions. Currently using standard controller with no issues but could see advantages with the Thrustmaster T flight. Definitely recommend this to all old and new players to Ace Combat.

...to the previous games! I skipped easy/novice mode and it was def a challenge on “normal”. Multiplayer can be fun, yet, frustrating. The storylines are always corny/repetitious; you can expect similar missions to ones from games prior, but I def recommend this game if you’re a fan of the series or even if this is your intro to a “flight sim”. It didn’t get a perfect score because there’s no perfect games, and personally I think there were some mission types missed from prior games. Buy and enjoy!

This game is everything assault horizon should have been. There are no flyable helicopters in this game, maybe for an add on later I wouldn't know. The graphics are great every time you shoot down a plane you see that thing go in pieces. There is a comical theme to it, for those who know anime, reference area 88 you will know what I'am talking about. Thank you Namco!
