I bought this laptop to replace the one I had previously. I love that it is small, lightweight, it does all the things that a normal laptop should(minus Itunes), and it has its own built in anti-virus security so you'll never have someone attack your Chromebook. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a laptop without paying an arm and a leg.

I got my Acer Chromebook 11.6in last Year when I was in Myrtle Beach, SC and 6 things I like about my Chromebook 11.6in is linked to my LG K7 Smartphone, Light at 3.3lbs, free Sandbox Security and you can load Avast online Security App and I am Homeless by Choice on fixed income and I don't need to buy Antivirus anymore and (I now don't like my Acer Aspire V5 laptop with windows 7 I give 2 stars) and I give 5 Stars to the Acer Chromebook 11.6in

I bought this chromebook as a quick computer just to do work from and it has quickly replaced my main computer. I can't play games or use programs, but if most of what you do is just online then you are set! (Though I should say I did buy the older, white version)

We bought two Acer Chromebooks through Edina Public Schools program with Best Buy, and we've had problems with both machines. The keyboard is missing two keys - including the space bar - on the newest unit (purchased a year ago in 2015) and the operating system on the older model (purchased two years ago in 2014) crashed this spring. To make things worse, Best Buy was unable to help me find the software to reload the operating system - despite keeping me on the phone with the Geek Squad for two hours. The Geek Squad wanted $99 just to look at the machine. I called a competitor, who gave me the link to a recovery download that allowed me to fix my daughter's machine - for free. Thanks for nothing, Best Buy.
