Ordered this for my son. With COVID-19 causing classes to go online and only a limited amount of chromebooks available at his school. This purchase has helped him here at home stay connected with his school work and his classmates. It's faster than I expected it to be. Easy to use and setup. It had some scuffs being refurbished but It's awesome.

We got one of these at the last minute during the pandemic so we had another computer in the house for kids' distance learning. We were slightly hesitant on getting refurbished but it came in great shape, ready to go. Daughter has used it daily for her distance learning Google meets and has no issues. Great deal after all.

I bought this for my 12 year old granddaughter for her to use for her online school. It's perfect for her and easy to learn to use. Great computer for beginners.

Great quality product. Daughter needed laptop for school due to virus and being home-schooled. Refurbished is the way to go especially when you purchase the same Geek squad plan as you get with a new one!

My 3 nieces did not have computers to log in so they could connect with their schools. We bought 3 Chromebooks, one for each niece. They worked great and the girls were able to do their schoolwork.

The computer looks quite good and it's very easy to use.

Had this for well over a year now, and it still works great. Basic, but functional and gets the job done! I had my concerns about buying refurbished, but this was one of the few options we had during the shortage because of the pandemic. Glad we got it!

Bought a refurb model due to lack of available decently priced Chromebooks during pandemic distance learning. Charging cord is slightly loose but is doing its job.

I bought this laptop for my grandson, who is 10 years old, he loves it. It is perfect for him to complete his schoolwork; and to continue practicing the use of documents, spreadsheets, and presentation applications.

I gifted this to my granddaughter so she could do her schoolwork from home. She loves using it and it took the pressure off her parents as they try to work from home.

These were an excellent buy for the kids to use now that they have school virtually. Good enough price to each their own. Very happy with them so far!
