Acer support suggested a complete restart on it deleting everything on it and starting fresh. Didn’t correct the issue and I had to mail it in to see if they can fix it. NOT RELIABLE!

Games before that were unplayable on my previous laptop now run as smooth as butter. Like the fan system too to help keep the machine from overheating. Great buy!
