I enjoyed the simplicity of the laptop until the screen stopped working. It was not repairable but Best Buy worked with me and helped me get set up with a better laptop!

Came with Windows 10 but needed an update upon purchase and not enough room to update. Not usable. Should not sell a laptop unable to use

You get what you pay for. If you strictly need it for writing, this is it. Running programs like photoshop are out of the question.

Well, this laptop does its job with whatever the resource it is built in. With 4GB non-upgradable you are pretty much struck to browsing the internet. With 32GB storage you are limited to just adding your cloud storage add-ons and live with it. It came with about 12-15 GB free space but after upgrading Win10, it took up 80% of the space. After adding in cloud drives, I am pretty much limited to 5GB of free space. I wish they had supplied it with 64GB at least considering the Windows OS. Don't know what sarcastic pleasure they get by limiting the storage as storage is cheaper these days. But, hey, this is much better than Chromebook as they don't allow you to store anything local. Overall, a good touchscreen laptop to surf the web for a decent price. Pros: Touch screen, local storage, familiar OS Cons: Limited storage when it comes to OS upgrades

I bought this as needed another 11.6" that might be a little faster than my 2015 Toshiba 11.6", long story short. Also, has wireless AC with a much higher resolution Graphics. I downloaded Win 1703 that came with it and then upgraded to Win 1603. My ATT DSL speed is between 40 and 50 mbps, which is fast enough for Microsoft website downloads and or monthly updates. One of the things you will want to do after any downloads, is use the disk cleanup and then run the HD defrag functions and restart your computer again. This keeps everything running smoothly and fast. Again, long story short, this small laptop will NOT disappoint! I bought mine new. BB model# they list is the same as Acer Spin SP111-31-C2W3, which the factory goes by.

At forst it was fine. But then I started downloading some pictures. I only have about 200 pictures and the storage is totally full. It’s horribly slow. It takes extremely long to load anything. It constantly freezes. The internet will never connect even though my phone and iPad connect perfectly fine to my wifi. Everytime I go to do anything all these updates pop up and just tons of things that don’t need to be there. This thing has been sitting in my closet for a good year now because it’s literally unusable. Such a huge waste of money. DO NOT BUY THIS!!
