Have had this laptop "active" for about three weeks now. Purchased it after great success with 5-yr old Acer E-15 Touch (never use the "touch") which has a 4GB Ram/500GB HD memory. The newer one (this review) has 8GB RAM/256GB SolidState memory and is super fast in startup and processing. Both computers are operating in WIndows 10 (Version 1903) with Office 365 Home. Really pleased with this unit, and will update IF there are any issues - I gambled on the "refurbished" state, and since the unit was originally built in Dec. of 2018 (now Aug. 2019), I suspect it was a good decision. Time will tell...!
