    Good picture quality. Touch screen fussy and oversensitive, needs to be disabled when using keyboard. Performance is okay, seems a bit slow for a SSD but that might also be the preloaded AV software slowing it down. Haven't tried it without it yet so not sure. Constant lengthy delays in boot ups due to the mandatory Windows 10 updating on it's own schedule are annoying as can be, but that's not really the manufacturer's fault of course. Good job on refurbishment, cosmetically like new out of the box. Overall a decent product but the constant ghost input touchscreen ruins it. My first and probably last Acer.

    The laptop is really pretty but sometimes the screen go frozen and the only way to fix it is restarting the PC. It has a good price but I recommend putting on another hard disk.

    This is a very nice laptop, but there are issues with the sound. The RealTek high definition speakers won't work at times and there is a clicking noise instead. Took it back to Geek Squad and they want to take my laptop for 2-4 weeks! I work from my computer so that is not an option. The GS rep gave me no other options except to buy external speakers. So now I'm stuck with this half working laptop that I paid almost $900 for! Not fair.
