Have not had the computer for long, but it seems to be doing what we need with no problems. Easy to get started and worked well with older other hardware...Might give five stars if owned longer...

Haven't had any problems with it so far. Easy set up. I'm satisfied with the speed, but I only do basic things online like surf, watch videos and pay bills. The price was just right.

Bought to replace older xp based system.Security updates etc from Microsoft now available. Am happy with computer running 8.1 and product performance as well. Good choice so far.

This cost very little but works great. I use it in the office. No problems. I'd buy another. I recommend it.

I purchased this to be a backup for the other machines in my house. It is slow, but I knew that it would be to start with. Do not purchase this machine if you are looking for speed.

I've upgraded to Win 10 w/ no problem. The product is design compact in size and has everything I need as a testing machine. I'm happy about it.

I was looking to replace my 10 year old pc. There was nothing wrong with it, I still use it as a spear but there is just so much upgrading that you want to put into a machine. After looking for a while, I decided on this machine. The price was good, so if I didn't like it, it wasn't much money. I think it starts up a little slow but once it's loaded, it's great. I'm thinking about getting another one. Getting use to the new O.S. was pretty easy. About two days I had it down.

This machine is a great value if you are looking for a basic web machine or word processor. It does however run slower than the 6 year old computer that we replaced with this.

This worked well for a basic computer. Internet,word processing.

PC worked great. No issues with getting it connected. Would have given it 5 stars except it is almost impossible to get the bloat ware Acer software off.

The computer is the right size with the right processor, the hardware is great but the operating system is less than desirable. The bios won't let you upgrade to anything else without a huge hassle.

This desktop is value for the money that is paid. The machine is slow at times, but not that much. Real test will be how it will handle Win 10.

Still getting used to Windows 8.1 but so far so good. The computer is pretty quick and installing the security software was very easy.

Bought this computer for my husband to replace his old HP. This computer was much faster than his old one and he liked the smaller size. The reason we returned it was because it wouldn't wake out of sleep mode. Had the Geek Squad work on it . They had it several days but when we got it back it was doing the same thing. Not sure if it was an Acer hardware problem or Windows 8 .... which is horrible btw. We returned it and haven't decided what brand to buy next.

Every once in a while shuts down during youtube vids other than that its an amazingly good value so I'm still happy months later
