I conducted due diligence across many etail establishments prior to purchasing the Acer - Aspire X Desktop - AMD E2-Series - 4GB Memory - 500GB Hard Drive - Black. This unit by far, is a great value at the price point at which it was offered by Best Buy.

Using this computer in home office/spare room for web searches and word processing. It performs its tasks well.

I bought this computer for my 78 y/o mother. It has room for lots of pictures and plays the games she likes.

This was a gift for my father to replace his ancient Dell. I bought this and immediately replaced the 500 GB drive with a Samsung SSD, since I prefered speed over capacity. The enclosure already had holes predrilled for a 2.5" hard drive, so the HDD to SSD switch was easy. The computer now starts up very fast. This is a great computer for internet, office apps, and e-mail. It does not have the same performance as my Macbook Pro, but it is a fraction of the cost.

I bought this computer for my mom and so far it has worked well for everything she wants to do. She does a lot of print master type functions and fliers and has not had any issues using her additional program and printer with this system.

Grandson really enjoyed setting up his very own and first PC.Plenty of power for his school work.

This is a very good desk top. It's not striped down and comes with more than you'd expect for the price. You really need to check it out for yourself, then buy it and thank me.

Good computer, no issues, only pain was windows 8 use

Nothing but good things to say about my ACER. Was not looking for anything too fancy but I was pleasently surprised when I fired it up. Good video and plenty of speed.

This is a nice style desktop however, it is a bit slow and does not come with a wi-fi adapter built in. Takes a bit to respond to every command and just an average desktop for the amateur user. Spend a little more and get a better unit.

Nice beginning computer. Will handle basic functions well with good speed. Only drawback was missing a WiFi card. Not sure why that is missing in this age.

Email, web browsing, light streaming... No gaming, no high end graphic uses, and that's OK... for $150 you should expect exactly this...

We bought this computer for my 17 year old for gaming. Great graphics and sound and super fast. He loves it and says he has NO issues whatsoever. Came with a free Virus Protection plan also.

Bought this on deal of the day and it was a good deal for a home computer.
