Great small desktop, I love it!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this computer to replace a laptop I converted into a desktop after the video output from the motherboard failed (not a Best Buy computer, I bought that second-hand). I've been very impressed with this new Acer system since I took delivery. It's fast, has plenty of ports for everything I use, and more than enough storage. Plugged in with the wireless keyboard and mouse I already had, plus the wired Ethernet, and the LED monitor I have, it's the perfect desktop computer for my needs. I do photo editing, web/email/office stuff, streaming HD video, and some lighter-duty gaming (not the hardcore MMO stuff), and it more than exceeds my expectations. The other nice thing was the integrated software that came with it, and that it was set up to be the more desktop-friendly layout of Windows 8.1, so I didn't have to customize things nearly as much as my HP laptop that also runs W8.1. Because of my experience so far, I'm considering purchasing another to connect to my TV, and adding a wifi adapter so it ties in with my router since it's in a different room.
