I am presently using it as I type. It arrived on time and in great condition; fresh out of the box. So far, I love the design and features. As described, that is what I received. I already had a monitor from a previous system but it was able to connect without a problem along with my internet modem box! The online customer service rep that helped me in making the decision to buy was really helpful and nice. Two thumbs up. The new windows 8 os I am easily getting used to as I have been using windows 7 for quite a while. Hopefully my printer software will install. All in all it is a great product thus far!

Works as expected for a low budget PC. The only drawback is Acer pre-installs a bunch of their own bundled apps and they are not very good.

Slowest PC I've ever seen

I carefully read all of the other reviews before buying this last week so maybe my experience is the exception, but this is the slowest responding computer I've ever used (much slower than the 8 year old Dell that it replaced). I tried removing the antivirus that comes with it and replacing it with something that uses less memory. I also called customer support and changed every setting I could, but whether I'm on the internet or just trying to type a simple document there is a HUGE lag. I'm taking it back tomorrow. I guess it was too good to be true for that price.

Not happy with this computer. It's replacing an HP Slimline Tower that I had for approx. 5 years. It is so slow loading. That's my biggest complaint, it is -S-LO-W compared to my HP Slimline. Same internet provider, everything the same except the tower, mouse and keyboard. response and loading are slower.
