This small footprint desktop system is all that it was described and more. Price, ease set up and installation of system components are some of its' strong points as well as the space it requires to reside in. The RAM as well as the storage space and computing speed is more than sufficient for the gaming that my grandsons require.. It is a great system and I would highly recommend it to anyone. :-)

I'm not really a computer aficianado, but this computer works great for me! The computer is very compact, so it can fit easily near of underneath a desk. The keyboard is just the right size, with the keys having a nice spring feel to them. The mouse is very smooth and light-weight which makes surfing the internet a breeze. I like the fact that Windows now allows the option of either using the new "tile" format or the standard view format on the desktop screen. What really amazed me is that virtually all my devices are plug and play. I have a vintage printer, (circa 2000) which I no longer can find the software for, and I just plugged it in and the system found it without a problem! I see too that it has a system reset button so if you really get into a jam, and don't know how to fix a problem, just hit the button and it will reset to factory specs. I paid a little over $200 for this computer. It's a steel for this great computer; couldn't be more pleased with it.

Very easy to setup, very compact unit and extremely quiet and efficient operation. Bought this for my elderly mother whom is not computer/internet savvy at all. Got it for its basic functionality and uncomplicated design and minimal space requirements. Wish it didn't come with a lot of the pre-loaded software and programs....but, in today's day and age, I understand why this is done.....but still. Overall, its going good with this one.

The computer met all my expectations for quick set up, easy to use, speed, ability to adapt to a new piece of equipment and overall product satisfaction. I would recommend it to family and friends.

I like this Acer. I've had it for about two months and it doesn't freeze up or blue screen like my old laptop did. People were skeptical of my choice to get a laptop but it suits my needs well. It doesn't take up much space, either.

Replaces a PC that had its PSU & motherboard die. Relatively lightweight use, except for basic video editing (dump & trim with OEM software) which it handled better than the machine it replaced. A good cost-to-value deal at $280.

Computer was very easy to set up. I especially like the compact size. Would definitely recommend this computer to someone needing a basic computer. Very much feel I got my money's worth!

This computer is fabulous!!! Everything works perfectly and since it has and HDMI port, I can connect it to my TV so that I can use it through there. It's extremely fast and can even play some games like Minecraft. The operating system, Windows 8, is a little bit weird sometimes since I have had a Windows 7 desktop for a long time. It takes some getting used to but it gets easier and easier to use. In conclusion, this computer can perform at very high speeds overall but can fail with the operating system at some times.

Got this for my mom for Christmas as all she needs it for is email & web surfing. I wanted to move a PCI card from her old computer to this one, but this one looks like it's a laptop motherboard mounted in a desktop case. The RAM is definitely laptop RAM anyway. Good enough for her, but no expandability if needed in the future. I feel it was a good buy for her needs, and it was pretty cheap.

Put to work in Accounting office a couple months ago, workers happy with computer and size of computer. Very good as a basic computer for every day use.

The only thing that could have been better is figuring out the type of ram to get it upgraded to 8 GB, there is 1 additional slot , but because so the small form factor it has a laptop main board, so the first ram stick I bought was a standard 4 GB stick and had to exchange (which was not a problem) but the laptop ram didn't work either would not boot. Still runs great with 4 GBs though

I purchased this Acer desktop for my 70 year old mother as a replacement to her 10 year old Dell. Out of the box it was easy to setup just as easy for her to use. No complaints at all!! I would definitely recommend this desktop to anyone.

This is an excellent bang for your buck in terms of what it offers for users that want the basics - web browsing, email, web chat and MS Office suite of apps. Good memory and CPU response with decent amount of hard drive space.

The vertical disc drive forces you to hold the disc in place while the port closes. You can lay the computer on it's side but that defeats the purpose of it's sleekness. Good computer for the money.

If you are on a budget this computer is just for you, You will have to download sound. That is the only setback, very easy to do and use. No regrets it was gift that keeps on giving.

My dad needed a new tower and he had this big lunky thing from the early 2000s. When I saw this tower for same, I bought it right away and hooked it up for him. He was mad about the size at first but when he saw the computing power and he nothing else to say. Small size, tons of power, great price. Get one.

I didn't predict a lot when I intended to buy this desktop. I was disappointed when I found out that the speed is rather slow. It shouldn't be! On the bright side, the case is extremely small, making it suitable for small places, like mine.

Nice home PC for the price of $200. Got it to add music and photo files just for back up. Still getting used to the New Windows 8, but could not pass on the price and memory this PC had.

Low price but cheaply made. Mouse did not work out of the box. Setup was easy. Worked well with my existing hardware (monitor, external harddrive, printer). No major problems. Not the fastest but it's fine for most applications.
