    First monitor came in broken the second one came in dirty and with some scratches on the screen, i think you deserve better for the price tag.

      Dear Luis,
      We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your Acer recertified Predator monitor. Recertified products can be demo units, review units or customer returns. Unfortunately there is no way to determine why a particular model was recertified. With that said, these should be purchased with the expectation of some possible cosmetic issues, but the product should be in working condition. If the condition is not what you expected, please contact the reseller to inquire about your return/swap options.
