What a waste of money. This tablet is slooooow. I really hate it. Turns off by itself then won't come back on. It is out of warranty and Best Buy won't take it back. A real piece of junk.

Incredibly slow. Sometimes waiting several minutes for the screen load after a simple click. Machine cannot keep up with demands of the OS needs more ram and processing power. JUNK.

The Acer Tablet is an absolute delight. This is my fist experience with a tablet and what a nice surprise. My whole family doesn't want to put it down! The processor is fast, doesn't get hot even after extended periods of use and does most everything my home computer does. The tablet keyboard is very responsive and has a great feel to it. So far battery life has been amazing. Lots of use with SKYPE, emails, and internet browsing and battery life indicates plenty of charge. Having a great battery life will make you very happy. The tablet is very lightweight and has a great color display. The Acer tablet is very simple to operate, which is another plus. I am totally satisfied and very happy to own this product. This is an overall great tablet. Buy one.

I am having a problem with charging port for this product. Last time I used the similar brand and the same issue was there finally, I changed my charger. So considering the price and the condition, I am not recommended this one.

Acer - Iconia One 10 - 10.1 - Tablet is a good tablet for the price range. It is a good alternative for beginners or kids to start off. It is fast with lot of memory and processing power. 32GB built in storage and an option for adding more storage with micro SD card slot. It comes with MS Office and OneDrive preinstalled. Not a lot of Bloatware included, which is good. Great performance for productivity, browsing and entertainment. Few things I don't like about this tablet are display, cameras and speakers. Especially front camera is terrible. Though they claim front camera is 2MP, it produce images worse than a VGA camera. Display is below average 1280 x 800. Sound quality is not good, don't even feel like it is coming from a tablet. However, for the price range, I believe thats the best you get. First tablet received was defective, it kept rebooting by itself. Acer customer support was helpful but found it is a hardware issue. BestBuy was quick enough to arrange a replacement. I would recommend Acer - Iconia One 10 - 10.1 - Tablet if you are looking for a tablet for your kid(s) or if you are a first timer. If you have handful of tablet experience, stay away from this. You won't like this product.

This tablet has a lot to offer for such a low price. It might not replace your ipad or surface pro, but if you don't want to give $800 to you know who, this is a very fun, affordable alternative for the rest of us. It's thin, light and perfect screen size. Feels sturdy. 32 gig, nice display, MS Office,marshmallow,front facing stereo speakers. The Bluetooth on mine has incredible range great for streaming music to my audio system or with headphones. The built in speakers work well for videos and movies.

To start Ill just give a basic description of the tablet. It has dual front facing stereo speakers. On the top it has a USB port and an SD card slot. They are covered by a plastic cover. Also on top is the volume rocker. On the left side there is another USB port and a 3.5mm audio jack. It also has front and rear cameras. The rear camera has no flash, but lets face it who uses their tablet as their go to camera. But the front camera works as a chat cam. It has a quadcore MediaTek Cortex A53 1.3 Ghz processor, 1gb of DDR3 ram, 32gb of flash internal storage, Bluetooth 4.0, multi touch 1280x800 resolution screen, and a 6100 mah battery. That pretty much covers the hardware. The set up was pretty straight forward for an Android device. Mine had Android 6.0 installed already. While setting it up I had the choice to restore apps and data from my Galaxy S7's backup. But I decided to just start from scratch. After the initial set up I decided I wanted to increase the storage so I installed a 64gb SD card. With Android 6.0 you get 2 choices of how you want to use your SD card. You can choose to use it as a portable card, or as additional internal storage. Since it only has 32gb (less actually available) of internal storage I chose the additional internal storage. This took several minutes and was at 20% for quite awhile. But when it eventually finished I had 82gb left after installing a few apps, which is great. So if you plan on installing a lot of apps or games you might want to get a micro sd card for it. It comes with all your basics like Google apps, and several Acer apps. But of course you have the Play store to install apps and games. As far as performance it does pretty good. But isnt as snappy as most recent devices that have octacore processors. It lags a bit when it has multiple processes going at once. I thought the front facing speakers would sound good since there are 2, but I would only call them average, not very loud even at full volume. But for what this tablet costs you cant really expect amazing sound. It browses the web well using the pre-installed Google Chrome browser, and loaded pages fairly quickly. The screen looks great and crisp despite only being 1280x800 resolution. No problems reading text, or anything like that. Overall this Acer Tablet does all your basics and does them fairly well. If you are looking for a tablet for basics like simple games, browsing, etc. you cant go wrong at this price. Thanks for reading.

I read other reviews and thought would be a great deal for everyday use. But upon setting the table up, it kept on rebooting on it's self. So I wil have to check out other tablets.

It did not worth to pay what I pay because the tablet is too slow and complicated is better to expend a little more and got an iPad

Its very slow really don't like it Its not the best takes to long to come on and connect with the internet would not recommend

THIS TABLET SEEMED TO GOOD TO BE TRUE FOR THE PRICE AND IT WAS, IT LAGGED HORRIBLY AND IS NOW BROKEN AFTER A SMALL FALL THAT STARTED A CRACK THAT HAS NO MADE IT WORTHLESS

We purchased this tablet to replace a nook and kindle. I asked the best buy blue shirt about the product and they didn't have much info. The product did not state if the memory was expandable. I asked the blue shirt person and they advised it was as it has an micro SD card reader. I checked online after purchasing it and there was no information. I contacted Acer and they advised it was not expandable. After downloading some books, the memory was already 95% used. This item was returned.

Slow slow slow and sometimes unresponsive. Very unhappy with the operating system. Screen, resolution and size and great.

Extremely slow. Was also charged twice for the same Item. There is no way to contact Best buy I've been on vacation and have been unable to contact them.

Was extremely slow and choppy. I replaced it with the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2. That I'm extremely happy with.

There are quite a few things to like about this tablet. I was not all that impressed with the screen touch sensitivity, but I have definitely handled worse before. The camera is so so, but I don't plan to use it much anyways. The screen resolution quality is also just eh, but in this price range I can't complain. But I do absolutely love the dual front facing speakers, they sound amazing. The sound honestly blows my $500 name brand tablet speaker out of the water. I also like that it has a LED notification light that lights up while charging. The fact that is has a memory card slot is an awesome bonus as well. I have also noticed that it can keep up when I do things on it quickly, it can keep up with all the switching around I do. Overall I like this tablet that I can use to give my cell phone a rest and also have a bigger screen to look at.

Was a good tablet but more for younger children. I have extra high speed internet and the tablet still took very long loading different sites

I bought this mainly to use for editing powerpoint presentations and reading e-books for school. It worked ok for about two days and then started freezing up on me. Now every time I start editing powerpoint presentations, after about five minutes, it just shuts down. Not to mention it is taking 5-10 hours to charge more than 50%, even when it is off!

WORST TABLET EVER PURCHASED. QUALITY SUCKS SOFTWARE SUCKS AND ITS VERY SLOW, DESIGN IS CUTE

I have never encountered the issues I had with this tablet. It would not stay on after it finally came on which was a day after I tried to turn it on. The next day I tried again and it eventually came on. The tablet stayed on for about an hour and shut down. I went through this process for about a week and ended up returning it.
