I didn’t expect to run anything very demanding and it still has surpassed my expectations. I’d recommend buying more RAM and upgrading the storage as its not enough.

But the guys at the customer service and geek squad were very helpful and got us one that worked . It was a Christmas gift that my son was super happy to get so it was discouraging and they made it all worth coming back. !

It comes with windows 11 preinstalled so that a perk!!

Keyboard is a little different than a normal keyboard so constantly making typo's and couldn't get to multiple websites, keep getting all kinds of loading errors and no help with the troubleshooting.
