I bought this after having the asus tuf, and I saw an immediate difference in the graphics -- way lower quality (but I knew they would be based on reviews I had seen in the past). I was willing to deal with that. the nail in the coffin for me was when it would repeatedly exit out of a game right in the middle of me playing with a system error window popping up each time, and I was obviously very frustrated about that. So, I ultimately returned it.

Too much hassle and still have issues

First, the good - this laptop gets high marks for upgradeability (2 M.2 slots + a SATA slot). Combined with the latest gen I5 and a budget GPU, this was a great deal. However, the first unit I had would have random screen blackouts for about half a second. This persisted even after I updated all the drivers. Took it back to BB for an exchange. The replacement unit was worse. After Windows 11 loaded, I went into personalization to play with the settings and the laptop froze. Couldn't move the mouse, change volume/brightness. So I hard reboot it. Same thing the second time around. Went back to BB for yet another exchange. This third unit worked for the first few days, but it froze on me yesterday. The only system error was ID 1014. Today, it dropped internet while my other personal laptop, work laptop, personal and work phones (with data switched off) all had working internet. I'm considering returning this for a refund.

DEAD! No power no charge nothing!

No charge no power nothing!!! Another person review this unit a day ago and has the same problem waste of time was a Christmas present for my wife guess that won’t happened now very disappointed

Dead on arrival

It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and I could not get it in time and well after the new year when the second one arrived, it was also dead. Do they not even check them before shipping them? And then Best buy did not fully refund (there is still a balance on the credit card). Needless to say, never again with Best Buy unless it's cables and connectors.
