    I ordered online to pick up at store, when i got home I plugged it to the power and didn't work at all, so I returned it and today I received it and the same problem again, no power no lights on, nothing.

    genuinely the worst laptop I’ve ever bought. It’s horrible enough to make you want to swear off of all Acer laptop products. I’ve had nothing but trouble with it and when sent to Acer with a note describing what the problem was, they didn’t fix it and sent it back.

In situations where a laptop is sent back unrepaired it is because a liquid spill has been discovered by the repair tech. Unfortunately with laptops that have been subjected to liquid spills, corrosion can still continue over time and cause problems with the electrical components. This means that most, if not all electrical components would need to be replaced. We consider a system a complete loss if 3 or more major components are damaged, which is typical with liquid spills.     Got two of them first one sounds it even turn on for when I first got in the other ones lasted not even maybe a week and a half and the screen went bad on it same thing on both of them do not buy purchase this item it is not a goodbye it is a piece of crap very disappointing tighten up

    Just got it today and unpacked it. Tried pressing the power button but it won’t turn on. Tried plugging it with the charger then pressing the power button and it still won’t turn on. -Sigh- It’s brand new too.

    My son wanted a gaming laptop so I bought this for him. He does not like it at all. He thinks it is broken so we are going to return it. He knows a lot of gaming and was very dissatisfied with this laptop.

    Very disappointed in the lack of durability. The screen went black and after looking up a fix and trying them from online it still did not come back on.

    Sucks that you only have a 15-day return policy I thought it was 30 so I'm stuck with a 750 dollar water anchor it doesn't work anymore

    This was an OK laptop while it lasted. Bought it for my son just under 2 years ago for school and gaming. First year he used it daily from home and this year he took it with him to school and used it some from home. About 2 months ago the battery completely stopped working, the laptop would only run while plugged in. As of 2 weeks ago it's completely dead. No lights, no sound, nothing. Geek Squad said based on symptoms it's likely something on the motherboard (I agree) and with their repair fee plus cost of parts it's almost $400. My suggestion is pay a little extra and buy a different brand. They all have their issues but in comparison I have a Dell laptop I bought 9 years ago that still runs without issues.
