This machine has absolutely blown past my expectations. The unit I received was slightly different in appearance than the pictures, but that was a good thing actually. It's a little more subtle and elegant actually. The build quality is far better than I'm used to a PC being. The overall performance whether for gaming or work has been way beyond my expectations. The Radeon GPU delivers slick frames and gorgeous depth. The Ryzen processor has more than enough oomph for even my most technical workloads. Though not 4K, the display is absolutely gorgeous with its anti-glare coating and a very deep black that gives excellent contrast and color accuracy. It comes with virtually no bloatware. The included Acer utility software actually works (I find that rare) and is simple and elegant. The 256GB SSD is a bit small, but is very performant with some really blazing IOps. It benchmarks very high. And if storage space is an issue, filesystem compression helps with that mightily and thanks to the Ryzen CPU it adds no detectable overhead for it to decompress assets on the fly.

I ordered this computer to replace my 7 year old laptop. So far, it does a good job. It glitches occasionally in which the screen goes completely black for a couple of seconds, but it then returns to the same screen it was on before the glitch. The sound isn't as loud as I expected. Overall, it does the job. Love the backlit keyboard and quick charging time.

I love the laptop even thought 1 of the NVME drives slots doesn't work, It was missing the SATA cable, and not to mention I had to drive almost 250 miles round trip to get it because Best Buy shipped it to the my old address in another state. After jumping through hops to get it and all the inconvenience, it was not worth it but i need a laptop to work from home because of the Covid 19

Great laptop at a great price. I've had this for six months and it's everything I expected. Happy with that purchase.

This laptop has been a great, I use it for work and to play some games in between meetings with clients. overall a great value.

Can not express enough how well this laptop has performed

Once I got it all set up and everything it was wonderful, ran everything I needed and remained cool to the touch. Then after two days it refused to turn on or charge or even detect that it was plugged in. Unfortunately due to pandemic protocols my only option was to return it for a refund and replace it with a similar model (which is currently running great)

Within 6 hours of turning the laptop on it began crashing. Now crashes every 15 seconds. I can't even get into the troubleshooting options to see if I can fix the start up. Worst best buy purchase ever!
