The store won't let me return it since it stopped working more than 15 days after the purchase, so now we have to send it out to Geek Squad. I wish I could just return ot.

My experience has been so bad and so frustrating that I will never buy Acer again. It has been a nightmare. The tablet has been in the shop about a week a month and has come back each time with problems. Twice, it was sent directly back to the depot without even making it home. I no longer believe the Acer can be fixed, neither does a Geek Squad technician. Avoid at all costs. An exchange has been requested.

Big let down
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this around 2 months ago hoping to try see if we could get use to it but alas. So many things are wrong with it. We don't do much on it. Originally bought just to take to class. It drops WiFi and freezes a lot. Is also very very slow. I know 200 is cheep for a tablet but I expected a little more then I got. Now it's to late to take back. Freezes when trying to open an app. Pretty much useless now. Never buying acer again.

It won't turn on, but I see the power being charged. I will stay away from Acer products for the rest of my life. You get what you pay for sometimes. It's so cheap, I do not even want my enemies to get this.
