    Terrible product and customer service

    If I had the ability to provide a negative star review, I would. After paying $500 for this monitor, I was expecting for the monitor to work for at least 6 months. After a month this monitor stopped working. Dealing with Acer customer service was the worst! The first time, I sent the monitor for repair and Acer "replaced" it with a new one, however the same issue was present. I sent the monitor again (2nd time) for repair. The monitor was packaged appropriately through the professionals at FEDEX. When the monitor arrived, they claimed it was damaged, however customer service somehow confused my order with someone else's. Customer service stated they would fix the monitor however they did not want to wait on parts so they ended up returning the broken monitor to me, which is completely useless. I will not buy Acer products again!!!

    Good quality product ruined with one “FEATURE”

    Even if your Acer monitor is perfectly working, you will see this warning pop-up on your screen, warning message to turn off your monitor for few minutes. It is disruptive during game sessions and productivity. This warning message “feature” cannot be disabled and appears Acer is unwilling to make it less impactful.

    This is base level OLED. It's not very good at all. You'd be better off getting a nice 4k non-OLED monitor.

    Died on me after 10 days.

    I got this monitor 10 days ago excited I got it on sale. Today it turned off on it own, strange. I try it back on then 1min later it goes off again. Only this time it doesn't start back up anymore. I've tried power cycling it, unplugging everything, different outlets nothing works. The LED just goes blue then flashes white and nothing happens. Very sad and disappointed.

    Incredible monitor at an more incredible price!!!

    This monitor is everything you'd want from a PC gaming stand point. especially it being OLED. Its visually stunning and hasnt given any issues from the above *Console* gamer. for this price, its giving everything a pc gamer would want (unless 4k is what you are going for) 1000% recommend.
