I purchased this monitor because it stated that it was touch screen. The monitor that arrived is not touch screen or work as stated. Futhermore, the first monitor that arrived had a crack on it. When I took it to Best Buy about 1 week and half later it took almost 2 hours to get the exchange worked out. The monitor was not in stock so they were supposed to ship it. After 2 weeks no monitor. I called the Best Buy store in Rivergate, (Charlotte) NC and was told the representative did not do the exchange correctly. In a nut shell the overall experience was a nightmare.
