I got this as a replacement for an outdated tablet. I took a chance, but I'd heard some good things about a Chromebook. It was worth it. Easy set up (far easier than a tablet) and it does everything I want it to. Battery life seems superb. I like that I can use it as a "computer", keyboard and all, and a tablet with the keyboard folded all the way back. SO, the best of both worlds. And I trust Acer; it has always been a good mahine in my experience.

This is my first Chromebook and wished I'd dived into this platform way sooner. Have built and purchased dozens of computers since 1980's and this is by far my favorite. Instant on, charge lasts a full day , no fan noise, no heat, big screen, fast, literally everything you need if you live in the cloud - highly recommend!!

I was looking to get a new laptop mainly for work purposes since I live at home, but I wasn't looking for anything too outside my budget such as a mac. Someone at the store recommended me this computer and it works great since I constantly use Google Mail, Calendar, and such as that to keep track of my appointments. The touch screen is also a bonus and it runs pretty great.

I bought this to replace the one I had owned for the last four years. I just love the screen resolution and the touch screen capabilities. Plus, it is fast and dependable for when I want to get work done. My only complaint is that for as large as it is, it doesn't have the full size keyboard, but I'm getting use to using the touchscreen in lieu of traditional methods.

You can't go wrong with this one. Large screen, but not terribly heavy, enough memory to run multiple pages. Runs apps from Android and games as well. Remember, it's not a windows based pc so nothing requiring windows. However it will run web based items, Twitter, Facebook as well as Android items. Very fast, no wait for booting up or shutting down. Give it a try.

I had low expectations going into this purchase. I just knew that I needed a lightweight portable option outside of my laptop. It has great features, is super fast and secure and had all my apps and programs needed available at sign-in. I absolutely love this Chromebook and highly recommend it to anyone needing such a solution.

We needed a new Chromebook for use by my two sons and myself (as a teacher) to use during the Quarantine time. We especially needed something that would be used for Google Meet meetings and online schooling. This is perfect for our needs! It's heavier than I expected, but most of the time it is setting on our kitchen table or on floor, so it's not a big deal. My sons love to use it to watch You Tube videos, and the picture quality is excellent! It can go all day without needing to be charged, but we keep it charged over night. I highly recommend this Chromebook. We ordered it online from Best Buy, and it came sooner than we expected.

The processing is fast, clarity on screen is great, the retrieval of documents is easy. The fact that you can fold the lab top as a touch screen is awesome.

quick to get online and anywhere you want in seconds. Very easy to use. Love being able to zoom in like using a tablet and then typing anything it is Awesome a must have item.

I could not be more pleased with my chromebook purchase. I never had one before. I normally bought HP laptops but since the bulk of what I do is basic shopping online/youtube/netflix/amazon prime movies and emails, this unit could not be more perfect for my use..it's fast, beautiful, high quality videos and I have zero complaints. It's a great size! Has great sound quality too! I highly highly recommend this chromebook! It is the best of the best..hands down!!

I got the Acer Chromebook Soin 15 as a Christmas gift and I couldn't be happier! Being new to Chromebooks I was skeptical as to whether or not it would work as well as my laptop and it does, at least for me, The upward facing speakers emit great sound quality, much better than the ones on my laptop. The 1080 HD resolution is crisp and clear and the 360 ability is an added bonus. The body feels sturdy, not too heavy and the 15in screen is a plus. I would definitely recommend the Acer Spin 15 Chromebook to anyone looking to buy a Chromebook.

Very fast and responsive! Video is excellent. Can stream movies without a problem. Long battery life.

Great for my simple needs, good graphics, easy to use. My only complaint is that the printer/scanner we bought that was supposed to work with it need hours of tech help because the computer needed new up-to-date software to work with the new printer. This was not what I expected with a new computer that advertised easy hook-up to a compatible printer.

This laptop is like a super huge android phone! That's why I love it! I took it right out of the box, turned it on and knew exactly how to use it because it operates just like my phone! The touch screen makes it feel even more like a big ole phone! I conduct business on it and after hours I flip it backwards and watch movies on it. This was a great purchase! I am completely sold on Chromebooks!

We are pretty happy with the laptop. Pretty easy to use specially for a student. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because we have noticed that there has been a few instances where the speakers make a weird noise. It has done this about 4 or 5 times. As soon as we plug in earphones or restart laptop it goes away. I don't know if we should take it back. Other then that it's a good laptop for the $$.

Powerful enough to run R packages for my data science classes. Light weight. Good screen.

I bought this for my son for college. He really enjoys it. Has a large screen and performs nicely.
