easy to use - lightweight - great for basics good for streaming

I am still learning how to use a chromebook as the operation is different than a windows laptop. Functionally this is an excellent laptop with plenty of memory and internal data storage. I like the larger screen for my old eyes. The lighted keyboard is great and works well. I recommend you consider this chromebbook. It is a little larger than most but not heavy.

Bought the Chromebook Spin 15 laptop that was on sale at Best Buy. Got the printer for $50 cheaper since in was a bundle package. The Chromebook is wonderful. It does everything my desktop computer does and more. It is well worth the money. It takes a little getting use to, being a desktop user for years, but, this is a great item to have if your willing to try.

This laptop is not a winner in my book. It is slow, and it locks up a lot. The quad core Intel Pentium processor doesn't do any favors. I have a dual core Celeron processor that is slow, but it has never locked up. Both are Chromebooks. This is over priced, even on sale. I bought for it's specifications which are really nice, but it's working performance makes it a loser. I'm going to return it. It has really nice screen resolution , lighted keyboard, and decent battery life. It just doesn't perform like it should.

It’s not the fastest doesn’t have the most memory or a 4K screen but for what you’re paying you get a full HD back lit keyboard and decent build quality. This would be good for someone who is using it for videos

This is a very user friendly computer to use for non gaming use. The person that woks for google (Farrah) has been extremely helpful and easy to learn from with his ability to keep it on a non tech level. The whole aspect of this Acer ls not overwhelming for a novice.

Picked this item for the screen, flexibility of touchscreen, and relatively low price (as compared to my old MacBook). I’d give it 5 stars, but it’s a bit heavy ( no doubt because I chose the large screen for watching videos).

It has every feature that my daughter needs for college. Backlit keyboard and speakers that face upward were major selling points. Plus a large screen for watching Netflix with friends in her dorm room. Great purchase!

Great little chromebook for my child who is remote learning this year. Touch screen is great and is definitely added important feature for kids. Great investment and easy to set up and use!

I like a lot of features of the chrome book- took awhile to get used to a touch screen but I finally figured out when to use it and it works great. Print is really small and can't find my font settings.

my first venture with chromebook. So far working great. Fast easy to use.only issue was older printer not able to hook up so now we need a new printer.

Quality machine,every feature worked as advertised. I loved the large sharp display,great sound!This was a learning thing for me,I found that for my use it to be too heavy.Great battery,quick charge.

I sold my slow running MacBook to get money to buy this, I feel like I majorly upgraded! Love the 2 in one features. The HD resolution the back lit keyboard! Google runs much better than windows!

Bought for middle school kid to use for at home school this tear. Six months in and it’s everything we needed it to be. Couldn’t be happier!

My daughter uses this for school and it was very easy for her to use. The speakers are awesome and the hd touch screen is really good too.
