this product is high quality and is easy to use with great screen quality to many pop ups on initial screen had to go into store to have geek aquad clean up unit

My wife's windows computer was having it's normal problems with drivers, wifi not working etc.. I was tired of it, she looked at this chromebook in Best Buy and agreed to try it. This is her new computer. Great screen, it flips back into a tablet, instant on, touchscreen, and it has a backlit keyboard. Everything just works period. She said, "This is so simple" I did not think it would work for me because I work from home occasionally and of course I use office most of the time. Turned it on, logged in, and everything I could do on my work computer, I could do on this one. I am buyiing another one next week. So long windows.

I've had this Chromebook for 5 months, and am very pleased. I especially wanted the larger screen, which has been awesome.

We use google daily at school. I'm a teacher that uses all the google products. This chromebook is right up my ally. I couldn't have choosen a better product.

This is my first experience with Chrome OS. It's intuitive and easy to setup. The best thing is how integrated it is to your Google account.

I picked this computer to start online classes for my degree. This computer works very well. I've had it for about 3 months and ive never had an issue.

My 8th grade daughter loves this chrome book. Easy to work and she is able to do all she needs for school.

My wife loves the screen and it folds in half its quick doesnt hold a ton of memory gives cloud space and we bought an external hard drive

I've had a great experience with this Chromebook. I only use it for basic things like web browsing & light document & spreadsheet work. It has never frozen up on me, even with a dozen tabs open in multiple browser windows. I did have issues trying to stream with Amazon Prime video on it. Video was very jerky & slow. Not sure if it's user error, or the machine. But I typically watch TV on my TV, so it's not a big deal for me. Overall, I'm happy with it.

This chrome book is so nice. It stays charged for days at a time. It was worth the money. I purchased it for my 11th grade daughter.

Wife uses it mainly for games and puzzles. Fast and easy to use. Big clear screen with sharp graphics.

This is a good machine to do web searches and review pin interest crafting pages with the touch screen scrolling capabilities.

Screen is large - which can be good or bad. Great glass, touch functions very well. Good response. 2 in one tablet works well.

Up until now I have owned desktops and laptops running on Windows. After countless issues with bugs, viruses, and failed updates, I grew tired of it. This laptop is the answer for anyone looking for a change for the better. I've only had it for a few weeks and already I love it more than any other I have owned in the past. Any minor flaw, such as the lack on a num pad and disk drive, is easily overlooked with how simple and convenient the Google OS is. I may never go back to Windows, and that's okay!

This has been the worst experience ever. I work from home and need a good, reliable Chromebook - large screen, full HD, convertible touchscreen, backlit keyboard, excellent sound. I thought I had found everything I need in this Acer Spin. I was so happy! But that didn't last long. I had the first one for less than 3 days before I exchanged it because the sound would freeze up, with headphones and without, and I would not be able to do my work. The trackpad also would get stuck and refuse to work at times - very annoying. Three powerwashes later, and nothing had changed. So I exchanged it and hoped that I was now back on track with a computer that I could count on. Unfortunately, that was not to be. The second one proved to be even worse, costing me lots of money in downtime, as well as a ding to my reputation due to missed deadlines (I had NEVER missed a deadline in the 6 years I had been working for this company). Anyway, it started to freeze suddenly on multiple sites. The third time, it refused to unfreeze, and there was no way to turn it off so I could access my work. On hold forever with Acer, then with Tech support - "Sorry, can't help you - hardware issue - send it in for repair." What a waste. Can you imagine??? A brand new computer - send it in for repair?! Unbelievable. They have a lot of nerve to even suggest that. It finally turned off when the battery died SIX HOURS later! Since then, it's happened again, despite two powerwashes. Sorry, Acer, NEVER again. Your quality issues are too much for me. This one is going back ASAP! I need a computer I can trust!

I thought this was a great idea to get a chrome boo, everything I need.

My son loves this chrome book, it is fast and does everything he needs except windows based apps, but overall great product
