I have been a Chromebook user for several years, and each time I get a little more surprised about the tech I am able to upgrade to for just a fraction of the cost of a traditional laptop. This laptop was the same price as the one I purchased a couple of years ago but has added tech like a backlit keyboard and upward speakers, not to mention an even lighter and sleeker body. I love it!

The 15.6" screen is amazing. I am on my second exchange because the screen keeps flickering, but best buy has a 15 day policy so I have had no problems exchanging this laptop. I am hoping this third one will not have screen flicker because this is a very nice laptop. The ram and ssd is not upgradeable but that isn't needed when you have a micro sd slot. The battery life is great!

Love this laptop!!! Gets the work done .huge screen great for watching movies, videos, and presentations. My only complaint is it seems to overheat pretty quickly but that might be because I use it on my bed since I don’t have a desk . Overall great !

I've had this for several years. When I bought it I wasn't sure it was worth the money. It turned out that is worth every penny. With every upgrade to the chroma OS it becomes more capable. If you don't have a Chromebook you're missing out I'm one of the best experiences I've ever had with tech

Great looking laptop. Good size and a very clear screen.

My mom needed a computer for email and social networking and this fit the bill. She was regularly crashing her PC laptop and installing malware before the switch to a chrome book. Problem solved and it fits her needs perfectly. It’s not a PC, but she really doesn’t need one.

I bought this for my daughter's 11th birthday present since her previous one is quite old and used one from her mom and older sister. She loves to draw many figures using Wacom tablet, then I chose this so that she could draw them on the screen directly. It works as expected and she loves it.

I love this chromebook. The solid state drive and 4 GB of ram make it run smoother than previous models. The 15" touchscreen is so nice and the lighted keyboard makes it so easy to use in places that are not well lighted. Yes, I would recommend this computer to a friend.

This ACER knocks it out of the park. It's sleek, lightweight and fast. The screen is crystal clear and crisp !!!!! The Sparkly Silver outside looks very classy. I'm glad I bought this new model. You will be too !!!!!!

Our needs are simple: email, pictures and light shopping. We have Samsung phones. So far, it is working out well. We are used to it. My wife uses google regularly. We love the touchscreen and the price was good. It is a flexible, handy little computer.

This 2-in-1 Chromebook has an impressive display as well as other worthwhile features— touchscreen, backlit keyboard, and pretty decent speakers. Getting it for the sale price of $379 was a bonus! A solid purchase.

I got an Acer chromebook 3 years ago. Unfortunately, it got broken. I really liked it so I got another one. I use it everyday. It has all the features that my old one did. I am very happy with my Acer chromebook!

This is by far my favorite Chromebook to date - I have 4 other Chromebooks and my primary use is surfing, streaming, kids homework, and compatibility tools such as Google docs / sheets, etc. Out of the box the Chromebook is a 1 minute, plug and play device. This device looks nice, feels very rugged, and upon opening the first time, the screen is impressive. After spending time with it, I'm still impressed with the power and responsiveness. Even when I tried, I haven't been able to get this machine to lag or the touch screen to not be 100% responsive. The great: This machine is super fast and responsive, the boot time from power on to log in is ~8 seconds then another 2 - 3 seconds between login and being connected to whatever sites you were on prior to power off. The screen is amazing, Acer used all available space so the border is minimal, just enough so the screen is protected and feels very well built and sturdy. The touch screen has zero lag, even when I'm streaming music and surfing at the same time. Matching the monitors performance are the upward facing speakings, they are powerful and have great range without distortion. They very easily fill an 18'x22' room with the best audio I've gotten out of a laptop. The overall package, speed, audio and video quality and this laptop feels very well built, even when converted to tablet mode, I don't feel that the hinges will give out or fail later on. USB and USB-C ports on both sides of the laptop allow for easy access, no matter the configuration. If I only used this as a laptop, this would be a solid 5 stars. The not so great: This is not a laptop you are going to open and move around with one hand. Its large and due to being sturdy, you'll need both hands to open it and set the screen in position - laptop, tent, tablet or somewhere in between. When you rotate into tablet mode, now the speakers are facing down and you lose audio quality. I find that i only really enjoy tablet mode for reading, for anything with audio, I leave it as a laptop. Due to the speaker design the keyboard is smaller than I'd like for the size of the device.

Love the screen size and touch screen feature. Great if your work is internet based. Might want to consider a different option if you want a device that does not require internet access to operate, or you need to use Microsoft office software.

I appreciate the features and the touch attribute of the device. Thank you for making such an affordable computer. Looking forward to doing more business with in the not to distant future.

Bought to replace a table and wife loves it, the screen flips all the way around so its like a big tablet and has a touch screen . Has a USB port so you can use a flash drive. Very reasonable priced.
