Very poor quality, don't buy

The product that I received had strands of rubbery plastic coming out of the bulb area and throughout the wire. Almost like hot glue strands. The plug itself doesn't look like a standard US plug. The quality was overall so poor that I didn't even want to plug it into a socket. I returned and still waiting for a refund from the seller.
