They works as advertised
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These allow you to run ethernet over existing coaxial ports. Instead of running a new wire from your ethernet router to a room in your house, these two allow you to do that the over existing coaxial ports (cable outlets). You need at least two (this is 2-pack) to go from a router to a cable outlet in a room. There are instructions from the internet that you can follow. it is not difficult to set up. I am very happy with the purchase

Just a taste of MOCA, Works to my surprise
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After purchasing this kit for almost $200 I was skeptical that it would work the way I wanted it to. I had wanted to expand my wired internet connection to the garage and wireless options just didn't make sense for streaming. I bought this hoping I could get at least 100Mbps. Well I was not only able to speed test at 450Mbps after correctly installing it (WHICH TOOK A WHILE as there are no good instructions in the box- SO I used YOUTUBE), You really can't beat this item and the best part is I can run a switch or a WAP at the new termination point with minimum speed degredation. My internet is usually 450Mbps at the Cable Modem and at the MoCA termination point I was easily getting 420Mbps

Great Buy!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These Moca Adapters worked beautifully. I had bought a different pair of adapters from an online retailer that were another brand and “ newer 2.5 technology”, but these adapters work more seamlessly and have been very consistent of what I am asking them to do vs. the others. If you are looking to use your existing coax lines to run ethernet connection over them, then this is your solution. Don’t hesitate to pick these up!

Quick and Easy Hard Wire Connection
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this because I needed an Ethrnet connection in another room for a security system and it was to much hassle to run cat 6 cable..This Device enabled me to Use existing Fios coaxial cable to add an ethernet connection to a room that had none, with no hassle in less than 20 minutes..And the speed is phenominal....You should also purchase a Moca Filter to stop your almost lossless signal from exiting...your network ..

Great Use of Coax!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have At&T Fiber for internet and no cable so my cable lines are unused in my home. Instead of running Ethernet cables to get wired internet from the router on the first floor to the second, these devices will allow you to use your existing coax wiring in your home. I am getting a consistent 930+ Mbps thru the adapters so this works perfectly. Highly recommend if running Ethernet is not a viable option.

A cheaper solution than running ethernet
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these because I needed an ethernet connection in one of my rooms that doesn't have the modem or router in it. Luckily, the media cabinet that does house my modem and switch has direct runs of coax cables to each room that I'm not using, allowing me to easily hook these to both sides and get going, just that easy. The only downside to these is that they are rather pricey for what they do.

Great way to extend network
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have one of these in the basement and another on the second floor. I can successfully use 890-900mbps across the network. If you put a switch on either end or an access point you can further grow your network very easily. All you need is a coax cable and a router. I have an different brand adapter but haven't tried to add to the network for fear it'll interfere but it is MoCa 2.0 as well so it should work. Just no need yet

One step missing in the instructions
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This gadget made it possible to set up my work computer, which uses an Ethernet connection, in a room at home, which has coax only. The set up was very easy, but the instructions do not tell you that the coax still needs to be connected at the cable modem. The instructions make it look like the MoCa device needs only the Ethernet connection between it and the cable modem. It needs both.

Excellent Product!
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Such a cool solution! If you don’t have satellite tv and need to extend your WiFi into other rooms where you have cable tv hookups, buy these! You won’t regret it. Super simply to set up, literally just plug it in and it works. I have ASUS aimesh routers which can extend WiFi over Ethernet and using these adapters I now have a single WiFi network that covers my whole house.

Great way to fix WiFi problems in a big house.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are a great way to get high speed internet around a large house. My cable company modem already has MoCa built in, so I have these in the rooms with TVs because they all have multiple devices that can stream video. I have these adaptors connected to ethernet switches so I don't have to depend on WiFi signals. No streaming issues on my TVs anymore.

Great for an alternative to ethernet wiring
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Does it's job well delivering fiber speeds over coaxial. Only complaint is how expensive they are, but it's well worth it.

Nice product, but sometimes drops
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Once it is connected, it is really fast. But, sometimes dropped maybe because it does not match with my router well.

It Works Like A Champ!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I hesitated at first thinking that Coax connection could not possibly live up to the hype of 1Gps connection, but boy was I surprised! This solution fixed my dismal connection of 100Mbps connection via WiFi on the 2nd floor of my house. With this solution I was able to enjoy speeds up to 800Mpbs. That's 8x faster! What a CHAMP!

High speed network over RG6
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Took some fiddling with, but I finally got these working and really liking this product so far and the speed it is delivering. Ran a speed test on one of these feeding an 8 port on my laptop and pulling down > 200 Mbps which is the same on my son's gaming PC wired directly into wireless router. Also, this is over a network of splitters all running through the basement.

Very Fast!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded my Internet service to Spectrum 400 Mbps, and these MOCA 2.0 adaptors deliver that speed and more! I have one unit next to the cable modem/router, and the second one downstairs in the living room. I don't see any degradation of speed at all. I was able to get 400+ Mbps download speed to my laptop at the same time I was streaming an HD movie from Youtube.

Components work great
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These work very well as I upgraded all of the CAT 5 cables in my house to CAT 6 for better internet & these were needed to install between the Gig Switch upstairs & the Android Superbox downstairs as I could not find a good route for the CAT 6 cables. These components made the connection transfer very easy
