Agents did an A+ job installing all of the equipment, answered all of my questions and went above and beyond in adjusting and fixing an issue I had with my projector. They were very professional and respectful of our home during the time they were here. The whole setup looks very professional. We really enjoy spending time watching sporting events and movies in our new theater. Great job guys.

The Installers were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional within the installation and setup. They took time to walk me thru as for downloading the app and the process with the operation of how everything functioned.

Both the tv and sound system installs (different crew) were excellent. Teams were fast, competent, and very friendly. It wad an excellent experience and I would use Best Buy again for any big ticket electronicsc purchase.

Really appreciate the Professional job. My installers did. They were fast clean and took the appropriate time to make sure the job was done correctly.

It took several visits to solve all the parts of the project. Charles and his assistant, stayed with it, and did a good job. On the other hand the Best Buy Coordinators are a mixed up crew. Their voice mail says one thing and their Text message say something else. Therefore you have no idea when the Geeks will show up.

Very clean and effective installation of the TV and cables. We are very pleased with the result and performance.

I have the Total Tech protection and would highly recommend this plan in addition to having the Geek Squad staff install all of my electronic products. They installed my advanced 2 speaker conceal and it works wonderfully.

The install was terrific. Everything worked well. The tech took extra care to install accurately and cleaned up after. I thought it was going to require 2-3 technicians to install, but he did it all by himself.

Definitive wall speakers...wow what a difference from my old bose cubes. Surround sound is much better. Geek squad came out and installed flush mount wall speakers and not only do they sound much better but man do they look awesome! They did a fantastic job and that's why they keep getting called back to do more! I would definitely recomend geek squad to install your speakers and run wires.

Anthony and Sophia did an amazing job working together as a team! As one of them was doing one task, the other one was setting up leads and other components that would be attached next. It was fantastic to watch them working so meticulously and fast as if reading each other’s minds! Great service!

I had the Geek Squad come out and conceal all my wires when they hung my tv and set up the speaker system. The conceal hides everything so well! I mean, I know that's what it's supposed to do, I'm just saying it is a nice option to have if you don't want any wires to be visible. The G.S. did a great job!

The first agent blew the original install, but the two agents that came out corrected the issues and did an exceptional job. It’s still an open ticket as they still have to install two speakers that came late and to finish setting up WiFi settings (cable line was cut during install by a utility crew working on a gas line).

The guys did a great job installing the ceiling speakers and setting up the system. Concealed the receiver and offered advice on use of system.

Geek Squad agent recommended a great alternative to how and where to set up the main speaker, while allowing me to close the front glass doors of my console. Really appreciate them taking the extra time to provide a solution like this.

The agents ran speaker wires to my atmos/DtsX speakers. I needed two more height speakers for my surround sound setup. Now I officially have my 7-2-4 atmos sound going on. They mounted 2 Klipsch atmos speakers to my ceiling so I could finally enjoy the premium sound on 4k blu ray movies. Very clean and professional job.
